@ Nails and Spa-Nail Salon Atlanta GA — Attraction in Brookhaven

This crazy woman in here has anger problems and likes to argue. I’m never coming back. My plan was to get French, but when I asked her to “curve” the white line, she said that it would cost $20 extra. I’m never cheap when I’m doing my nails, but no matter how thick, thin, or curved the line is, French should always be the same price. So, I told her to just leave it pink and I could see her anger rising when I said that. She takes it upon herself to switch to a brighter pink powder that she felt “looked better” since I was no longer getting French. I thought it was the color we agreed on and that it would tone down when she filed but it didn’t. Instead of getting angry, I asked her for a top coat that would tone down the pink. She got mad again, but I’m pretty soft spoken so I just sat there quietly waiting for her to finish my nails so I can go home, but she kept bringing up how her choice makes more sense and cutting me off when I tried to respond. She got louder and louder to the point where it was embarrassing. The place was practically empty and now I see why, but it made it more embarrassing because the few ppl in there were staring at us. I will never come back to this salon. I originally came into Nail & Spa to get a fresh set on May 28th and needed a fill in by June 8th. However , because I work I had to struggle using my hands until today June 11th. I told Rose that my nails came up very fast and only made a suggestion that maybe the acrylic could be thicker . She became very anger and started asking me why I complain so much and how she did it was a good job!!! She told me I needed to be more careful. I work in family law, I don’t use my hands for any hard labor or constantly have them in water . Rose actions left me feeling very embarrassed and upset that I decided to come back. 15 minutes later after screaming at me in front of the entire salon she apologized and told me I made her mad. I said no customer that is not mistreating you deserves that type of treatment and said nothing else. She kept talking about it and I said I just want to pay and go.

I see why this place gets you in and out on a Saturday afternoon because they don’t have any business. I’m pretty sure now it’s because of Rose who’s the first person you see when you walk in. I never leave reviews so take this into consideration. Less time is not worth...

I read reviews before and made an appointment with Le. I wasn't disappointed. My nails are super short and she did a great job cleaning them up for a gel manicure. Nice, tight even lines and very clean cuticles. I had a pedi at the same time and was dry and out the door in about an hour.

TONS of color options to pick from. Chairs were clean and not much small talk which I love.

Overall the facility is a little older, but the service is really good. I'm willing to look over some things, (like "high end" looking stations), because again... really great value and high quality service. Worth it.
