This library is excellent for families. If I were an older person without kids, it might be a 4, as on days when they have big events for the kids some of the noise from the community meeting room on the side spills into the library, so it isn't always very quiet. It is also a very small library, if you are used to a bigger selection of books and videos.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they have so many free activities for the kids. It is a pretty location, kept very clean, and I love that they have programs to help those of us who can't seem to keep up with the due dates for their checked out books and rack up fines. If you are on a very strict budget, it's very helpful. Kids can read down their fines, and once a month they have Fine Free Friday if you forgot to turn in your books the previous month. The city libraries don't do this.

Thankfully it was neither freezing or hot inside (warm but not overly). 3D printer available. Hours differ than other libraries in the area. Parking is small...
