Went to this establishment and paid for 1 hour. Very attractive lady waited on me and took me back to the room. She began the massage and within 10 minutes left the room because a new customer came in. After waiting a few minutes a much older lady, dressed in camo army pants walked in and began to massage me. I asked where the other lady was and eventually I was told she was working, finishing someone else. As I was the only customer in the place when I came in, it was not hard to figure out she was with the new customer. After about 10 minutes I asked if my original lady was coming back. By now I am very unhappy and about to leave so the older lady in army camo got the original lady and I expressed my displeasure with the situation. She was worried about how much I was going to tip her and then wiped off my back with hot towel. I paid for an hour and got 2 ten minute massages from two different ladies. Classic bait and switch. Massage sucked as first lady did nothing but walk on my back for a few minutes and other lady not good as well. Can hear people talking, walking down hall etcetera. Horrible experience, got screwed out of at least 30 minutes of what I paid for. STAY AWAY. By the way, nobody in the posts are employees. When I complained all I got was a laugh and was told they were just pictures....
Read moreI have driven by this location many times since living in Las Vegas. Since I had the night off, I decided to give it a try. I paid $60 for a 30-minute massage and started my timer on my watch to ensure I received the full time. At the 20-minute mark, the masseuse said my time was up. I kindly informed her that I still had 10 minutes left. I showed her my watch and explained that the massage started 20 minutes ago and that I would like to receive the remaining 10 minutes that I had paid for.
At this point, she started arguing saying, “no your Massage starts as soon as you ring the doorbell of our establishment.” I kindly explain to her. The time starts when the massage starts.
At this point, she grabbed my phone and told me I need a tip $20.00 To get my phone back. I told her I’m not gonna tip you $20 since you cut my time short.
She blocked the entrance and told me I needed to tip $10. At this point I became exhausted from the uncomfortable exchange and gave her $10 so I could leave.
I hope that this review serves as a warning to any future guest who enter this establishment. I am a very kind person and at no point in this exchange was a rude or biligerent.
All I wanted was a full 30...
Read moreThis place is a scam to say the least. Came in for a massage with my boyfriend and was immediately charged us. The board clearly says $50 for a half hour (which is such a rip off), and they charged us $55 two separate times, after asking clearly for one charge. There was no sign that it was going to be more if we used a card. Walking in I told her my neck can not be touched, I had a stroke and have strict instructions from the doctor not to touch my neck. I had to also tell my masseuse DO NOT TOUCH MY NECK. Three times she started rubbing my neck, after each time me saying no. When I was leaving I went to tip $10, I asked for change for a $20 and was met with they only have $15 and that was fine and grabbed my money and said that was an okay tip. Okay be never heard in my life someone tipping themselves. I grabbed my twenty back and just gave her a $5 I had. If you almost cause me to suffer another stroke and I then you tell me how to tip, you will not be getting a good tip. This whole place is a scam. $50 for a half hour massage with lotion from Ross…save your money...
