I always make the mistake of eating far too quickly and not grabbing a picture in time before my plate is decimated but I will add pictures on my inevitable return. I’m in Vegas half the week and have learned to find and appreciate the little local gems that lie off strip and nobody knows about.... this Bulgarian Bistro serves a wide variety of eastern European and Mediterranean favorites, servicing the large Vegas Russian community. Our server Maria has taken care of us many a time and is always friendly, efficient and super knowledgeable. We love her and we love the amazing food at BG bistro! The interior is fun, trendy and geared to an evening club feel of music and colorful lights. Clearly it’s appeal to many people is the ridiculously low priced, quality food, the full bar and bottle service available, and the ability to smoke inside. That latter is not my favorite part, but I will tolerate it because the food is just that good. And there’s always outside seating if you don’t want to breathe the smoke. The menu is too long to go on and on about but suffice it to say there’s something for everyone, the traditional and the adventurous, and everything is prepared quickly, hot and delicious. My favorites are the arugula salad which sounds like simple and nothing to write home about but it’s amazing. The lamb chops are my favorite. Delicious tender not gamey, a lovely mushroom sauce and their potatoes are to die, and I don’t even like potatoes usually. Their stuffed peppers with feta and dill are unique and delicious. Their cabbage slaw in a light vinaigrette is fresh and tasty. Their biscuit cake which is pictured is not too sweet, not too heavy and hard to stop eating. Don’t let the strip mall fool you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Authentic Romanian Experience Near the Vegas Strip!
I recently visited Top Bar Romanian Restaurant in Las Vegas and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. This hidden gem offers not only exceptional service and spotless cleanliness, but also a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly reflects Romanian hospitality.
The owners and cook are Romanian, and their pride in preserving traditional flavors is evident in every dish. I enjoyed two of their signature items — the famous Ciorbă de Perișoare (Romanian meatball soup) and Mici cu brânză, both of which were absolutely delicious and authentic, prepared with care and bursting with flavor.
The staff was professional, attentive, and friendly, making the entire dining experience enjoyable and relaxing. The restaurant itself is kept immaculate, with a cozy and elegant setting that feels both modern and traditional.
Located just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and close to the airport, Top Bar is convenient whether you’re a local or visiting. They’re open for dinner and feature live entertainment, live musicians and dance nights from Thursday through Saturday, which adds an energetic and authentic cultural touch to the evening.
If you’re looking for a genuine Romanian dining experience combined with great American options, outstanding service, and lively atmosphere — Top Bar Restaurant is a must-visit...
