I got two phones fixed, I now need to buy a new one.
My child broke my 12 pro max a few moths back. When I cracked the screen on my freshly paid off 13 pro max I decided to get them fixed together.
A few day after getting them fixed I started experiencing glitching in the 13. I brought it back, the man fixed it, and it was working just fine. A few days later (all within 2 weeks of getting the devices fixed) the screen goes completely white. I take it back for second time and the nice man tells me there is an internal hairline crack. He had to shine a flashlight for me to see it. He then told me the damage to the screen voided the warranty and if I wanted it repaired I would have to pay for a whole new screen. Mind you at this time my phone is experiencing charging issues which was never a problem before. I paid for the new screen as I wanted to keep the 12 as a device for my child to use in occasions when we were apart. About a week after getting the 13 fixed for the second time it slipped through my fingers with a screen protector and case and went completely black. I then took the 12 to my carrier to get activated. It’s been two weeks with charging issues and freeze up's. I fumbled the phone last night and caught it with my foot before it landed on the ground and I now have the LED lines in the bottom and left side of my screen. I am convinced they use cheap quality screens because I've had my devices for years before the screens were ever damaged once! For the amount it would cost me to bring them back for a fixing I've spent the amount of the latest brand new i phone. I refuse. The guys who helped were nice and the service was fast but the...

Brought my phone to them to fix a crack. It was my daughter’s phone. This is the 2nd time I’ve taken a phone to this place to fix and every time I get the phone back, it becomes a useless phone. The phone will not turn on and feels hot when plugged in to charge. I called to let them know what’s up; the man told me I have to pay $190 plus taxes to fix it 🤦♀️. Even though he knows the only issue was the crack. It worked just like a regular phone before with no overheating problems. I just Can’t support certain business cause they’re so unethical. I’m out $100 bucks and a broken phone. They know what they do; I believe they break the phones intentionally so you have to come back and pay more. So sad how consumers are treated by corrupt scammers. Use them at your own risk. I’ve been to them 2-3 times and I am absolutely sick of supporting them. It’s not about exchanging your money for good services these days anymore. People are so corrupt now. They aren’t happy that you chose to patronize their business out of the many. If it wasn’t for the customers you all love to take advantage of, you wouldn’t be able to eat and pay your bills. Keep the $100. I’m sure y’all will face Karma if you keep doing that to customers. Me nor my family will never again support your unethical business. People should take heed and understand that 4 stars mean nothing. Businesses like these search for anyone off the street to give them 5 stars. Look at the 1 and 2 stars reviews if you really want to know the down and dirty about a...
Read moreServices was horrible. My laptop was left in the hands of the vendor back in December. The lack of communication on my laptop and when it was supposed to be done vs when I received it. Here it is a month later and everyone wants to brush off everything like it doesn’t matter. I use my laptop for work and made it clear that I needed back. Then I get a bogus invoice saying the cost of the part was $499 and $1000 for labor which was waved. I laughed about it bc that is the cost of a brand new Apple Mac. When I went through the reviews I can see that I’m not the first person that it happened to. People are scammers and have no business owning one. Be ware bc it maybe 2 months before you get your stuff back! I have an email with receipts and text messages of all the communication. This was a joke. In the end I got my laptop back but I will NEVER do business with them again. If I could do a 0...
