American Deli — Restaurant in Georgia

Disgusting. I ordered almost $100 worth of food from them. We got the wings and they were extremely salty. We called and asked they replace them or refund us. They refused. We went to the restaurant and the owner came out and did not speak a word of English and had to have her poor cashier translate through an app. They advised us to bring back all of the food and they would refund for each wing that was not eaten. The owner became so frustrated that she decided to call the police. We were not agitated; we were trying to assist her with understanding that it is not hygienic to return food that has been tampered with. The police arrived and she still insisted that we bring back all of the food. She refunded $15. I will never eat there again. I will be reporting this establishment to Servsafe and posting everywhere. We are out our money and cannot...

Came in with my son at 9:00 pm after checking and seeing that it closed at 9:30. Ordered a cheesesteak combo "for here" from the manager. Food came out at 9:10. We sat down and was told by a cashier we could not eat inside because they were closing soon. I said, "Can we sit down to eat and leave at 9:30 when you close?" She said, "There's no dine in after 9:00." I said, "You should have told us that when I ordered." She replied briskly, "I didn't take your order," as if that was somehow helpful or otherwise justified their collective failure. I then informed the manager, who seemed confused and offered no apology or even a response at all, after which I informed her the store was now permanently banned and walked out. I'll give the other American Deli (by the Walmart and Game Stop on Rockbridge Rd.) a shot and see...

This is literally the absolute worst American deli location that you will ever go to, but especially in Gwinnett county I would avoid this location at all cost! The staff is young and very disrespectful. They have signs everywhere that say no refunds because they know that they are known for messing up orders.! I ordered a Philly plain with just meat and cheese. They put peppers in it. I respectfully went back and let them know about their mistake. They picked them out instead of remaking it like they told me to didn’t care that I said I was allergic and had a reaction to it and then I took it back there they didn’t want to give me a refund or remake my food, they were disrespectful.
