Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

This used to be an alright place but both the service and food hasn't just gone down its plummeted to the ground. It's so bad it might actually be a health and safety concern. The staff wears no hair nets, or gloves. They don't wash their hands between touching the register and the food. They act very disrespectfully even asking people "what you want" and "what you waiting for". A few weeks ago there was a problem where all orders were taking 1-2 hours each. Instead of telling people what was happening they just kept taking orders and got upset at the customers even though they were waiting for hours. Instead of acting like a manager and rectifying the situation, the manager actually swore at customers and acted like this was a problem for him and not the people that were waiting an unexpected and unacceptable amount of time. What's worse is that what ever was going on was clearly something they had the ability to rectify because after he noticed me there waiting for 30 minutes he claimed that he could do my pizza right then because I was always patient. After that mine was finished in a couple minutes. There was a whole crowd of people there before me. There's no reason mine should have been expedited with all those people there. Now it seems like most if not all of the staff has been replaced. They have the same issue with hair nets, washing their hands, and rudeness but far worse. Now you could be ignored for 30 minutes, have people that are behind you called to the desk to check out before you, and then be ignored again. The pizza is a SERIOUS concern. Now the pizza you get is constantly half cooked and the toppings are clearly just dropped on instead of spread out. This is going to get people sick or kill someone. The food is literally half raw. This is ridiculous, you have these kids working there but you don't make sure they know what they're doing or at least care enough not to give people a pile of raw dough after taking 3 times as long as a normal pizza should take. I really wonder how long it will take before someone files a class action lawsuit over getting severe...

The MOST HORRIBLE PLACE, STAFF AND COSTUMER SERVICE. I I had made an order 2hrs ahead of time one becuase I know they are usually busy and second because I had friends and family comig over to watch a fight. I made my order online around 8pm to be ready to pick up at 10:15 when they close at 11 (or at least that is the hours the have online and in the store sing) I get to the place and they tell me they are close I let them know of my order and they let me in to treat me like im in the wrong and telling me they know nothing about my order and that they will refound me wich tell me they did had my order on their system I ask what should I do since I have people wainting on me their anwers was its not their problem I ask for the manager or a number to call and the person saw around the store and said I dont see it on the wall and they cabt do nothing about it because they do not manage the online system with the worst attitude I had ever seen in coustomer service. I left because I knew they wont do anything. Luckly the next place Hibbachi was still open and save me the night. Then when coming out of the Hibbachi I see peolple coming out with pizza on the hand and I went to tell them that what they did to me was Horrible and the person in front started yelling at me and wanting to fight me literally walked out of the place yelling at me things like if I had a problem to come see him I left speachless not only because of the whole experience but because how the rest of the staff treat me knowing they were at the wrong. And abiously because I WAS AT DANGER. Totally not a place to go when you have family to come back to. Please do your self a favor and dont ever go here at least not by your selft the staff would...

If I could give this place no stars I would. This is one of the worst I’ve been too. They need to get rid of the owner and the employees along with it change the whole thing to someone who actually cares about the customers. It’s sad this place has gone hill. The first time I got a new pizza they had it was raw and super oily and nasty, then I ordered a online order and went to pick it up and the pickup tower is down and asked for my order and they said here you go I was half way home when I realized they gave me the wrong pizza they just gave me a cheese pizza when I ordered a pretzel pepperoni pizza why would you give me a plain cheese pizza when I didn’t order that it’s one thing to give me the wrong order it’s another to not even tell me. Then I told them why I got that pizza and they said oh it don’t have the ingredients to make it and idk why it’s still online she needs to take it off the menu cause we don’t have it or the ingredients. So why would you give me a plain cheese pizza and when I asked can I just get a regular pepperoni pizza cause you messed up my whole order the lady gave me a attitude giving it to me should’ve took both pizzas or was given both for the inconvenience but I just took the pizza and left such a horrible experience. Get rid of this place and shut it down or get rid of the owner and the employees and get someone and employees that actually care about the place I could probably run it better sadly. I hope this place gets better but I know it won’t. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location until it gets straightened up. Run far away from this place. If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away...
