Apricot Lane Boutique — Attraction in Saint Cloud

Update: the owner of the store personally called me to apologize and see if she could make it right. That is above and beyond customer service and I would 100 percent recommend the store to someone. Sometimes when we are in the thick of things in our busy days, we get frustrated by simple things and this store owner took time out of her personal family time to ensure I felt valued as a customer. I will be going to this store more often, love to be able to give to small businesses that truly care.

Tried to go exchange something today before 5pm, when the store is supposed to close, and no one was there. I stopped by around 4:50pm. I raced to get there before they closed to get this done and I find it crazy that they leave before the store hours...

Going in this boutique with a budget will not work. There’s so many cute pieces to buy. The store is cutely decorated and each station is inviting. It’s the small touches for me that sets the bar high for customer service. One, I loved that they added my name outside the dressing room-super cute! Two, I was purchasing a birthday gift for a friend. The owner took the time to package the gift bag to make it presentable. I can’t wait to see what new goodies they have...

Although they have really cute trendy clothes the quality is poor. I purchased a dress from Apricot Lane and only wore it two times before the strap broke.
