Please, if you are reading this: DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY IN THIS HOTEL! They absolutely have the WORST costumer service. Today I called and spoke with the manager (which she lacked all the good manners on this earth) when she spoke with me. She had a cold, robot tone voice and did not make any effort to understand that my 68 year old mom was still trapped in the airport in Brazil waiting for her flight and could not be in the hotel. I begged her for not to charging me the first night, since my mom are not in the US yet. She is still waiting for them to accommodate her in another flight God knows when will be. The point is: why on earth the hotel management will allow this kind of people be in charge to deal with human being since she does not have any training on costumer service? Very rude, incompetent. 98% of my reviews are positive but I felt so bad the way she treated my situation that I needed to speak out and let everyone know. You are dealing with humans not...

I can’t stay enough wonderful things about this new hotel. I have allergies and had a few conversations before my arrival. They couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating.|After all my planning, the day before I was to arrive, I tested positive for Covid and sadly had to cancel.|I cancelled thru the Hilton App because it was the fastest easiest and I wasn’t feeling well. Can you imagine, the assistant manager called from the hotel the day I was suppose to arrive to see if I was ok when she saw my reservation cancelled !!|My daughter and son in law still went (since we were attending my nieces wedding ) and they raved about the hotel. The rooms were spacious and spot perfect clean. They thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and the gym. And plenty of parking, and close to wonderful restaurants and a Publix supermarket !|A huge shout out to Chris the General Manager and his entire staff. Looking forward to...

This is a new hotel and it was sparkling clean! We live two hours away and went to a concert downtown Orlando. I have stayed in $1000 night hotels in Orlando that were nasty with soggy carpet from leaking a/c. This hotel is clean, clean, clean! This should be a 4 star hotel just for its cleanliness and the continential breakfast was also the best in sanitary dining experiences. Of course some of the buffet items tend to dry out at the end of breakfast but the attendant guy did not let one crumb stay for a second --it had all you need and the same you get at $25-75 dollar buffets so not sure why negative reviews. This should be your top choice for Lake Nona, airport or even if you are going to events downtown. Worth the 20 -25 mkn drive to be in a safe and clean hotel! Bravo! Hilton Honors members...
