What a pleasant surprise! I’m a fan of Greek food but I feel like most of the Greek spots I’ve visited taste the same. However, The Great Great is one of the very best I’ve had! I chose the Australian Lamb Souvlaki Platter with rice and a side salad. The meal also came with some soft pita bread on the side. Lastly, I chose a lemonade to wash down all this goodness. I can’t even begin to tell you how incredible the lamb was. I don’t believe I’ve ever had or even heard of Australian lamb, but call me a big fan now. It was so tender and flavorful, easy my favorite part of the meal. The rice was fresh and fluffy and the Greek salad was delicious. I especially liked how fresh the salad was, with the small-cut tomatoes and cucumbers complimenting the salad perfectly. I thoroughly enjoyed taking a piece of meat, a smidge of rice, adding some salad, tzatziki sauce, and wrapping it all in a piece of pita! Oh my Greek goodness! This location seems to be new because it’s very clean and in good condition. The staff was friendly and made some good recommendations as I looked over the large selection of food to choose from. I really enjoyed my meal and experience here, so I will undoubtedly be returning.

If you're looking for fake, fast food style "greek" food...this is a good place for you...otherwise those who actually know what Greek food tastes like, stay far away. My family would be appalled if they had to eat here. I ordered the Mezza Platter, which has all the great Greek appetizers. First issue is the hummus...its missing Tahini sauce, spices and it had the consistency of water. Second issue is the falafel balls. They're frozen. They aren't even fresh. They are dry and crumble into dust. Third issue is their version of Spanakopita. It came inside a hot pocket. Cold, and pretty much empty. No cheese inside with the Spinach. No layers and definitely not Phyllo dough. It was Cresent Roll dough. For $14 this is a ripoff. You're better off going to a Chipotle. At least they make their stuff in house and are a little closer to actual authentic cuisine.

If you are looking for Mediterranean food, this spot is definitely your place. This location recently opened in Lake Nona and is a local favorite. We went around lunch time and it was packed. The good thing is that the service moves pretty quickly. The food was made fresh to order. The lamb was a tad bit over cooked but still had good flavor. The portions were well within the price they charge. My only criticism is that the location could do better if they had more space. My wife and I went with our son in his stroller and we were pretty cramped next to the other tables. The overall experience was good and I honestly will return if I'm in the area. Definitely check the place out if you are tired of eating the same fast food and want something fresh.

This is more advice and not just a review. I have been to this location 3 times now and the first two were great. All have been online orders for pickup. However, the last time this past Saturday on 7/16/22 at 230pm was very very disorganized. We ordered and waited in the car for 10 minutes. We didn’t get our text like we usually do so decided to go inside and check on our order. It was apparent that the two people working the counter were overwhelmed. When giving our name and order one girl told us 10 minutes. It ended up taking almost 20 minutes and come to find out by watching them pack up the to go orders that they were leaving many of the boxes open for well over 10 minutes before packing them up properly. This included my gyro and fries which resulted in cold food. Advice is to have boxes marked if necessary with tickets and time so the person packing knows how to prioritize orders. The goal should be to pack them up and get them out under 10 minutes from the time the first food item comes out of the kitchen. It seems it took an extra 15 minutes for my order of hummus and pita bread to be made well after my gyro and fries had been sitting there. This means bad communication in the kitchen too. Hopefully someone reads this and makes the proper changes required to get food out more effectively. Otherwise the food is great when it’s...

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. I went in to order food, and what should have been a quick and simple process turned into a complete nightmare. After placing my order, I waited over 40 minutes. Forty minutes! For what is essentially fast-casual food.

When I finally got the attention of one of the staff members to ask about the delay, I was met with incredible rudeness. Instead of apologizing for the wait, they complained loudly that there were other orders ahead of mine. As a customer, that is not my problem, and it's certainly not something I expect to hear from someone in the service industry. It was dismissive and completely unprofessional.

After all that waiting and attitude, the food itself was a massive disappointment. It was cold and seemed carelessly thrown together. Given the long wait, I can only assume it was sitting on a counter for a long time. The entire experience was so terrible that I felt compelled to write this bad review, which is something I have never done before. I will not be returning to The Great Greek...
