I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted. I ordered a “build your own bowl” through Uber Eats, and on my last bite, I found a long piece of brown hair tangled in the food. I nearly choked on it. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety practices. I’m not even sure if this falls on the server or reflects a lack of proper hygiene protocols across the entire establishment. Are staff not required to wear hairnets or secure their hair properly? This experience was disturbing and frustrating especially considering the expectation of basic cleanliness. This was my first order, and it will be my last.

I would expect proper hand hygiene and the use of gloves, but that’s not the issue here. My question was: “Are staff not required to wear hairnets or secure their hair properly?”

I found a long piece of hair full follicle length that ended up in my throat, and that should never happen if proper precautions are in place.

I’m not convinced anyone thoroughly watched the preparation of this meal from start to finish because truthfully that’s unrealistic. The hair would go unnoticed unless proper precautions were in place to avoid it entirely.

I’m confident this happened at your restaurant because:

I do not have this hair texture, and The package was sealed when it arrived, and the delivery driver had short hair.

So again, please answer the original question: Are staff not required to wear hairnets or keep their hair...

Very good one of the best fruit bowls I’ve ever had, but they took away the flavor strawberry cause apparently it was a summer flavor while they have mango Pattaya and coconut like those aren’t summer flavors I went in today and they were like it’s gone like how is the other flavors not gone how do u get rid of the flavor strawberry the most basic flavor and now I have to wait until next summer so won’t be back in a while they are now the opps and I’m very picky so taking out strawberry because it’s a summer fruit is crazy but all these other flavors to me are trash but mango another thing is I saw a comment that said the person had hair in there food and nautical bowls responded that the staff will wear hairnets or whatever I walked in and the had not have any hairnets on there hair plus it so overpriced one bowl 20$ just because you want toppings like nuts or bananas before I didn’t mind the flavor was good now that it’s gone it’s not worth it if you want an overpriced fruit bowl that doesn’t have a basic flavor like strawberry come here 💕ps you lost a fellow costumer the picture is when they had...

The bowls and smoothies are delicious! I went today for my first time and it was very very good. The only thing I would improve was the wait time, I was the first one when I arrived and it took a while for my order to be ready since there was just one person working and she needed to take orders and do all the bowls alone.
