Badd Kitty — Attraction in North Charleston

In short, the hygiene of their products is in question:

I went in looking for a simple vibrator. The clerk was insanely friendly, and did everything but hold my hand through the process. The toy i wanted was in a box that was already opened. I asked about it, and the clerk looked through the box to make sure everything was fine. Afterwards she assured me the product would be safe. I bought the toy, and left the store happy. I called the store the next day, asking about their refund/exchange policy. I was told that as long as the box was unopened, there should be no problem. When I heard this, I mentioned that my box was already opened before I purchased the product. They recommended I come in so they could work something out with me. Well I just got out of the store, and basically was told by manager/shift lead that nothing could be done for me. Because the "seal" was already broken. I told him that my product never had a seal (and thank God one of the employees from last night was here today. Otherwise i doubt he'd believe me). He then retorted that I should've never been sold the product. So I asked if there was anyway I could have a refund, given that I was sold a unhygienic product... one that breaks their own policy. I was told no. Even the the employee from earlier today said unopened toys could be returned. He gave me another toy. One that he claimed was sealed, and recommended I contact Adam and Eve myself. I opened the box just now and guess what? No seal on this product either. I'm absolutely convinced they're selling products that are rifled through. They want to hold their customers to the return policy, but don't want to hold their employees to the same policies. Needless to say I'm disappointed and will never be frequenting another one of these...

Entered the store to bring a little excitement home But was followed around and discriminated against by the employee redish hair short bob style… Seeing and hearing her encounter with other customers she had an irritable disposition maybe something was bothering her personally. Idk, not taking it personal I asked her if i could try the items on showing her the items. She said yes as long as she sees what I was trying on. me thinking , not A problem. I continued to look around…everywhere I went she was behind me reminding me she had to see what I was trying on as I’m still browsing… nothing new in hand I was in the toy section at this point After I did try on the items she immediately checks the fitting room. way to let a person know how you feel in there face I kept my money in pocket and told her., her demeanor was very rude I overstand doing a job but she made it...

The West Ashley store is amazing. I've been meaning to write this review for a while. I first went into this store back in November but I never looked at any of the lingerie, as a plus size lady, I always assumed there was nothing for me. But when I went in to the store in January again, I was told by Wendy there was a curvy girl section where all the plus size lingerie was. This is amazing and makes me feel welcomed; like I belong where in other stores, I feel like I don't. Now, when I go into the West Ashley Store, I know I can go right in and go right over to my section and can usually find something I like.

Most of the people at the West Ashley store greet you when you walk in but Wendy always greets you with a smile; she is very knowledgeable about EVERYTHING. I know I can go in and always find something with her help even if I don't know exactly what I'm...
