Big Boyz Toyz Car Audio & Customizing LLC. — Attraction in Florence

I've had the most UNUSUAL EXPERIENCE at this business, I'm a VICTIM of THEFT from this Florence SC location, I purchased some 12 inch woofers PAID in FULL and upon returning to PICK them up, I was told that my woofers were SOLD to another INDIVIDUAL....This happened last year and I still haven't gotten my MONEY yet so with that being said SOON as I get a chance to make it to Florence I'm taking an ARREST warrant out for this individual who stole my woofers ..I'm tired of WAITING for what is OWED to me,so maybe JAIL, RESTITUTION, and COURT COST with INTEREST should I satisfied when I get to Florence. My question is WHO DOES this type of BUSINESS where you have to STEAL to get ahead for the moment? Anyone who wants to more information about this case will be made public on the Magistrate Court calendar, DON'T BELIEVE ME...

Had some issues putting a double din media player in my escalade called Jeremiah and he was on point in getting everything running correctly he called with an appointment I brought to him the vehicle on the agreed time and date he went straight to work on it this means alot as a customer means he stands behind his work and for all of u who say he is rude need to sit back and think if u had a revolving door of customers who all feel like their car should come first and try to rush things constantly u would be snappy as well my experience was amazing and I look forward to working with big boyz toys to help upgrade my escalade over the next few weeks keep up the...

Awful job. It’s been awhile since they did the work but I’m still writing a review. Ever since they did the work it cut in and out. The wires weren’t grounded correctly and when I took my convertible top down it had static. I told him that it was messed up maybe 3days after he told me to bring it in. I said okay brought it in picked it up and was charged for them “fixing it” got home to start it and it didn’t even turn on. They clearly didn’t even test it. They take advantage of people that don’t know anything about audio and pick and choose what they do “decent” and bad. Stole 100ft role of speaker wire and bass knob I...
