Horrible customer service! From the moment we walked in the experience just got worse. The lady tried to make it seem like we were at fault for coming to look for dresses to early for my daughters event which is in a 1yr and 6 months. I told her we were starting early because my daughter was trying to decide between 2 colors so we can plan accordingly! I felt like if she just didn't want to attend us even though we were called the day before to confirm the appointment! They already had the date for the event at this point and did not say anything about it being to early for their policy! She again blamed it on us for booking the free appointment. The lady said she would only allow her to try on 2 dresses because she saw I was upset.

With that being said if you are looking for dresses in advance stay away from here. I thank you for your horrible experience because I found a better place that welcomed us in the same afternoon and let my daughter try on multiple dresses. We found the color she wants and can now continue with...

Visited Blossom&Bloom March 2024 immediately was greeted by Ruby. Was looking for a quinceñera dress for my daughter, first impression noticed quality material@location. My daughter loved the dresses that she was able to try on. Ruby made sure to keep her thoughts&ideas top priority in finding the right dress for her. Did not rush her in making that choice. We visited other quince boutique and nothing compared to the service, quality, interaction, options, prices. My daughter could connect to ruby not to mention we were able to add other items that we will need for her 15th celebration. She made our experience a lot easier in choosing the right dress. She was able to order a dress for us that she also had in stock and told us the week that it would arrive. Overall had a great experience have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place I recommend it...
