Always love entering the store and being greeted by an employee, they always have a loss prevention employee waiting to greet you and welcome you to the store. Top notch retailer of high quality garments, you can find just about anything at Ross if you have the will and determination to navigate through an endless ocean of racks that always seem to have the sizes in the wrong place. Not a deal breaker as once you find that piece of clothing you’re jumping with joy with the amazing low price Ross offers on last seasons styles. Have you ever bought shoes only to get home and have no idea what to do with the shoe box? Well fret not as Ross has found the solution to that age old dilemma. Imagine this, they sell you the shoes without that pesky cardboard box!!!! I know, I know…mind blowing 🤯🤯!!! Makes you wonder why other retailers havent adopted this!!! Great place to find deals on clothing or just about anything. Need luggage for a trip? Need toenail clippers? Headphones for that trip? Artwork to hang on your wall? Tools to display those masterpieces on your wall? Guess what, it’s here in this store…somewhere. I can’t imagine a better way to spend a day off of work than strolling through the aisles of a Ross navigating through dozens of kids running around, heck with these prices it’s hard to contain your joy. If I were a spring chicken, I’d wager I would run around the sales floor as well. 1st time I do a review. I got the worst treatment I have received at a store. I get in line for a human cashier and I wait for a while but see that the customers ahead of me have many items and only 1 cashier is available. After waiting for a while I decide to go to self checkout. I quickly charge and finish paying. The store manager, Brooke, is at the self checkout counter in front without a customer and says I have to remove the metal tags. I give my items and she leaves me hanging and says first I need to charge him. Some man came to the counter right after me and she started to charge all his items. I ask her if she can please remove mine because I have babies in the car, she again says I need to charge him first. I see that the normal cashier is finishing the last customer and ask her if she can remove them she says yes but the store manager makes her signs for her to send me back to her. She does not understand at first, gets my items she looks again, and store manager tells her to send me to her. The cashier lady was going to do it without a problem but she says she's telling me you need to remove them with her. I again go to the store manager and again she chooses to charge a lady before she removes my tags. So if you see an employee at self checkout just make them work and make them charge your items because if you do self checkout machine on your own it doesn't matter you go after the people that pay with the self checkout cashier employee/manager. I had the worst experience of my life in this store. As my 17 year granddaughter and I walked into the store she commented about how dirty the place looked. She didn't even want to look around. I convinced her to look around and help me pick out some clothes. We did, I picked out several items and was ready to check out when I saw the long line for check out. I am handicapped and I had already been looking for a while so I knew I wouldn't be able to stand in line for another half hour waiting my turn. So I went to the customer service, who had no one in line and asked her if she could check my out. She asked me if I only had one item and I said no, I had several (close to $100 worth of items) and she told me she wouldn't be able to check me out. So I told her she would lose my sale and she really didn't care about that either. I for one will never step into this store again and believe me I will tell everyone I know how dirty the store is and how rude the cashiers are. I don't know the girl's name but she was working customer service on Mar 2nd at the first register. I wish I had gotten her name. I will be sending a letter to the corporate office about...
