Absolutely terrible service, poorly trained yard workers. You get nothing other than storage for your money. They expect several hours notice to splash your boat, but then rush you when you arrive. The dock is too small, and forget about getting out, or back in if there is a fishing tournament. They don't have dock lines on the dock to tie up to, so you have to have dock lines on your boat so they can pull your boat when you get splashed or when you arrive. Not enough wash racks, and they're too small for anything larger than a 25' center console. If you sign an annual contract, they not only pro-rate you to a monthly term, which is the industry norm, but they also keep your deposit. When you bring your boat back they do nothing other than put the boat away. Most marinas at least hose off the hull, many also perform engine flushes. Granted, I wouldn't trust these people to plug in a lamp, much less flush my engines. Some of the guys at the front desk are rude and unhelpful. The only nice person I met there was one of the managers Warren, but he alone cannot fix all the ills. I was only there about six months but knew that hated the place after the first week, after they crushed my seawater intake on the undersized wash rack, which they then took their sweet time repairing. I've had my boat at 3 separate facilities prior, Tiera Verde in St Pete, Calloosa Cove in Goodland, and Riverwatch in Stuart. They all had their issues, but Bluepoints was absolutely horrible in comparison. You can't really call the place a marina, its nothing more than a parking lot with a large storage building and a seawall with a single floating dock. The place...
Read moreWe have kept our boat at another Marina in Brevard county for 3 years and have visited several others where friends keep their boats. We are thrilled that we decided to move our boat to Blue Points Marina. Bluepoints Marina is by far the BEST Marina in Brevard County. The facility is always clean, the staff is professional. This place is run like a fine oiled machine. Just call ahead and you will find your boat in the water when you arrive and they will even have ice, and bait on your boat ready to go. The parking lot has an abundance of carts available to make loading your boat easy. They have several dock hands ready to guide you back in and get you on the wash rack almost immediately. Each forklift driver has a spotter to insure your boat is well cared for. Each wash rack has two hoses with one hose set up to flush up to 4 engines at once. All with plenty of water pressure. Once your done unloading and cleaning your boat the great staff at Bluepoints Marina puts it back into their secure hurricane rated building. I can't rave enough about Bluepoints Marina! Keep up...
Read moreI can't say enough good things about the staff and the quality of service at Bluepoints Marina. For a low storage fee, we get to store a boat in a hurricane rated facility up 250 miles per hour, they put it on the rack when we call with an hour's notice, and I take it out of the water for us when we are finished and even hose it off and flush it if we asked them to. The General Store is awesome because they will charge your purchases to your credit card, and they even stock bait and ice on the boat if you ask them to. Everybody there is very friendly and...
