Port Canaveral Park — Attraction in Cape Canaveral

Arrived from MSC Seaside on 5/7/23 and had to wait for one hour and fifteen minutes for bus to pick us up. The employee working called several times for bus and the bus never came. We were all waiting in the very hot sun. No customer service for pick up. Then I had to drive for seven hours to get home. This was after waiting on the ship for 4 hours to get off of the ship. I will give only one star because the transport from lot to ship was good. They could have told us that they had no one working but the one driver and I would have taken a cab to the lot.
