Cav Glass and Window — Attraction in Snohomish

Update: 4 years after my comment below, I am in a new home that had outdated windows. (One cracked while cleaning the outside with Windex and a paper towel.) Chris had his team out in no time with a much lower price than expected. Windows looked great and are holding up well after their first year. 5 stars holds strong in my book!

I had a broken track on my sliding glass door, and after dealing with one crappy contractor, I was able to track down Cav Glass as a supplier for the current manufacturer (the original was bought out in 2009). After explaining my situation I struggled for weeks with, Chris was able to find a replacement track, had the part driven from Puyallup to Snohomish within a day, and lent me the track and silicone spray to test for fit. He only had me pay the price of the part once I took it home and verified. Fantastic service!...

I needed two French door windows replaced due to failed gasket and internal fogging. Called three other companies and Chris was able to get the job done at 30-40% less cost than other companies. The install was quick and painless (there was a minor hiccup in one pane being the wrong size, not a fault of CAV and even then Chris made it right promptly). Truly a night and day difference after install—I really enjoy seeing the back yard through crystal clear glass again! From the first call on, Chris was very responsive and never tried to upsell me on anything, an honest broker through and through. Highly recommended, only wish I found him...

We needed a 6x4 picture window re-glazed for our 50's home that was going on the market as soon as possible. Chris was more than willing to help, offered to come next morning for estimate, measurement. Order time given was apprx 7 days +fair price given. Other companies didn't even call us back or said 4-6 weeks. His awesome team, Clay and Jose, came on the 9th day did an impecable installation.
