CBI Unlimited , Inc — Attraction in Lake City

I called and let the owner know my make and model and that I wanted a Class 1 hitch installed. I drove to the address on the Google search and found that they had moved, not told that they had moved nor given the new address. I called and explained that I was at the old location and would be a few minutes late. We arrived at the new location and drop the car off and walk to get breakfast. Returning about an hour later, found out that he had written down the wrong make and model and year of my car and didn’t have the proper hitch. After waiting another four hours the hitch was finally installed, but it wasn’t the 300 pound capacity weight that I had asked for. After all of that, we were not given a discount, and I would not do business with this person again. I trusted this business because of the reviews that I found that they really didn’t care like everyone stated they did. Disappointment is an understatement!

I’m not sure how you get this $93 of a discount because you wuoted $525 and you charged me $514. How am I supposed to get this $50 credit you should’ve taken it off while I was there because I paid cash. I won’t be back to your business so I’m out of $50 for...

Tom and the crew at CBI are a God send! The Sunroof on our 2013 Ford Edge recently got stuck in the open position. We tried everything to get it closed, including taking it to Auto Nation Ford in Jacksonville. Auto Nation was only willing to totally replace the unit for the tune of over $4000. The car is paid off and that was the farthest thing from our thought process, we simply wanted it closed and would of been fine with it never opening again. As you can imagine we began the search for a company willing to repair it versus replacing it. We have (2) shout outs, the first goes to Mark at Don Mar, who led us to Tom at CBI. The second shout out is to Tom and his team, not only were they willing to work on it they were willing to repair it versus having to totally replace it. Tom and his team saved us over $3500. Plus Tom and his team provided a wonderful customer service experience. While Lake City is a little off the beaten path, well worth the drive and time! Highly recommend CBI Unlimited. We have a 2009 Toyota Venza that started to leak water around the panoramic moon roof. Research shows that this was a common issue with the Venza due to Toyota's use of inferior sealing material. We approached Toyota dealerships who refused to fix the problem but offered to replace the whole unit at a tune of 8k. Glass companies also refused to fix as it required the removal of the entire headliner to access the unit. We were directed to CBI. Zach took on the challenge for us without hesitation. He and his crew replaced the old seal and put my car back together. On the way home from picking up the car I found myself in a heavy rainstorm. Needless to say I was elated that my car was once again water tight. I no longer have to worry about the weather and look forward to many more years driving the car I love.
