The Burger Den — Restaurant in Lake City

Completely done. Burger Den or Denny's whatever you want to call them. They absolutely cannot get the order right. I ordered the mushroom vibe burger of course no mushrooms or onions are on it just meat and cheese. Ordered the double the fun burger comes with cheese onions lettuce tomatoes and pickles. No caramelized onions. Then the cook argues about how it was made as listed on the screen and says I will have to wait for everyone else before getting it fixed. How is mushrooms in the name of the burger but not on the screen to put on the burger? Make that make sense. I am so over this, either they need to fix the cooks instructions in store or change the menu on door dash. This is beyond annoying! I just walked out and left the food. I just want a refund cause I am not going to have someone who is mad because i complained about my order get an attitude and touch my food.

Also, I attached the receipt where it clearly says mushrooms, caramelized onions, and diner Q sauce on the mushroom vibe burger, so really how is the Cooks screen different???? Where on the receipt for the double the fun burger does it say tomatoes, lettuce, pickles etc..??

In case they are unable to look and see what is advertised online I included a picture of that too. Where in the picture do you see lettuce tomatoes...

This is NOT a burger place, its just Denny's... I think that it is terrible they have to piggyback the image of an entirely different restaurant on top of Denny's.
