The front desk staff was very nice. Yesterday when I checked in the young lady working was extremely helpful with directions and a map. Besides the price being very reasonable the rooms are nice and clean and the rooms seem spacious and roomy!! Since it is summer I'm a little excited to go for a swim today in between my shifts . This place seems to be nice and close to everything I needed. Grocery store, walmart is 9 minutes away and my favorite Harbor Freight which is right next door, etc...The Fairgrounds is right across the street, and there's a casino that's a hop, skip and a jump away!! They also haves free WiFi, free newspaper , free scrumptious breakfast starting at 6 a.m. which include biscuits and gravy, cereal, muffins, bagels, toast, make your own waffles, fresh fruit and so much more!! a workout room, pool and hot tub!! Lots of bang for your buck!! The lobby is beautifully decorated and comfortable.. Anytime I come here this will be my pick for a place to stay!! One more thing I would like to Add one important point it's so nice and peaceful late at night so your guaranteed a good night sleep!!

This used to be the Red Lion Inn for many years. The front desk lady told me that they renovated this motel 3 months ago. First, let me say this: I have traveled extensively and I used to stay in hotels regularly for work. I have also been a licensed insurance adjuster, and I have been trained to understand structures and how they degrade over time as well as how they are affected by weather. The phrase that comes to mind for this motel is "putting make-up on a pig." They have spent a lot of money painting and covering the past. You can put slabs of granite in the showers, but if you don't fix the rust issues on the doors, what is the point? Or the shower fans blowing into the dead space between the floors? That's just going to eventually cause mold issues (which the Red Lion had when it managed this property) But, paint on old structures aside, they have made a herculean attempt to update this property. It's just hard to tell if the issue is the low quality materials or the low quality help that did it. As for my experience today, under this new management, it was subpar for the price. The first room we were assigned to was musty because no one had flipped the unit properly- food was still in the fridge and a bunch of dirt and pine needle were at the edge of one of the beds. We called the office, and they reassigned us with many apologies. The next unit was better, but the fans don't work in the bathroom. After 20 minutes, they have not removed the regular bathroom smells. One of the 2 bathroom fans has no cover and is blowing directly back down into the bathroom, and the other is not moving at all, and probably broken. The granite slabs they put in the tub were not sealed properly, allowing moisture to get in. The thin fabric curtain for the shower doesn't cover the whole shower area and lets water through onto the floor while you shower, making a puddle for you to step into when you are done. A couple of the "fresh" folded towels in the bathroom had dirt marks on them, like someone dropped them on the asphalt accidentally and then put them up on the shelf anyway. Cigarette burn marks on the carpet. The A/C works great, but it's a residential unit put through a hole in the back wall, which lets little bugs in. There are holes around the light fixtures. Random holes in the walls. Sloppy paint all over the place. Old food particles on the floor next to the beds. Cobwebs above the main entry door. Stains on the sketchy recliner near the window. It's kind of like someone said, "how cheaply can we make this ancient building look like a premium hotel..." Well guess what? For $120 a night, this is a quite a rip off. This should be $70 max! The one saving grace is that the staff was helpful and pleasant. I won't be returning... ever.

Welcome to everything is broken. First room had gaping sink and shower holes. Shower curtain fell down before anyone could use it. Very hard uncomfortable beds. Didn't sleep well the whole time. No refunds and no upgrades available through Priceline. They are going through a remodel Manager said. She moved us twice after I couldn't sleep the first night. I thought she would move us to a remodeled room. No. Because there aren't any. Light fixture backing in bathroom ceiling missing in all 3 rooms! very ghetto. Broken old TV stands missing the edge bezels. She moved us again. Same thing different room. Hair balls on the ironing board. She came and I showed her then she got passive aggressive and asked if we were inspectors and perfectionists and told my kids to check out motel 6 and come back. Some kind of gritty material at the bottom of the tub couldn't get it to wash down. After she left us in the last room had a bloody pillowcase. I didn't bother telling her because I knew it didn't matter at that point. We were exhausted from a long trip and it was already paid for. The only good thing about this motel is the friendly staff. Days inn Never again. They are definitely not 2 star. Next time I will choose something better and upgradable.

If you like your sheets and towels to smell like cigarettes this is the place for you. The hotel that time forgot. Rooms are not just outdated but poorly maintained. Tiles in bathroom are cracked and dirty. Tub has dark feet mark impressions on them, a real turn off after a day of hiking to get into a tub like this. Ants aplenty in the bathroom! Had to try to clean it with washcloth and soap. Sink is cracked. Although the staff is very nice they seem to have all the life sucked out of them, no smiles or happy way apparent from any of them. Micro was clean as was refrigerator and freezer. We have never been fans of Days In and this was an abrupt reminder of why. Not planning on returning here EVER, would have been better off sleeping in car and going without a shower for a day. Cigarette butts ALL over the place from the entrance to the door to the parking lot and beyond, way too many to not have been noticed and removed by staff at least once this week.

They advertise these rooms as newly remodeled rooms, they look like they were newly remodeled by a 10-year-old. The fit and finish of everything Is subpar at best. The paint is sloppy, uneven and just bad. All the grout in the Bathroom floor tile is chipped up, missing, growing stuff in it. The bathtub is peeling the finish off everywhere. There’s caulking around the tub that looks like it was put over black mold. The showerhead is so encrusted. It looks like it’s 20 years old, and water barely comes out of it. The light fixture in the bathroom is missing both the lenses and you can see up into the fixture, fan blades turning, exposed wiring, dust, spiders. There’s a light above the shower that doesn’t even work. The AC is sticking out of the wall at an angle with a huge gap around it. And worst of all…. The receptacle for the AC unit is uncovered. Exposed wiring at your child’s level.

We came in just after the snowiest time that Klamath Falls has had in a long time, so it makes sense the Days Inn would have a lot of snow in and around the facility. What made things a bit difficult was that only one wheelchair "ramp" areas was plowed in the area that we stayed in, and the thick layer of icy snow in the parking area made it hard for a power wheelchair to get around. Besides that difficulty, the one bedroom suite was decent, nice and open the way we like it. The bathroom could have used a bit more space and a bath chair, but we made due. The ice machines were upstairs, so not exactly accessible. Breakfast was pretty light, but at least you could get waffles, cereal, juice, and coffee. Good restaurants are pretty close, along with a great taco cart right next to the hotel.
