Deja Vu Nails & Spa — Attraction in Ashburn

I hate to share this information, mostly because I feel like I found a gem in a hole in the wall, but if you would like some personal attention while getting your manicure and pedicure, you should go to Deja Vu nails. It's located in the Ashburn Village Farm shopping center (Near the Global Food, same shopping center with the Advanced Auto Parts and VA Tire and Auto). The sign simply says NAILS, and this shopping center looks like it's seen better days. Remember when it used to have a Shopper's Food Warehouse?

Anyway, back to my nails. The pedicure comes with a "menu", where you can choose as little or as much pampering of your feet as you wish to afford that day. I picked a little bit more than usual, and wow, it was lovely.

The pedicure bowls are all hygienic, as they put a plastic thing over it before they even fill it with water. Lovely chairs, they offer you a drink of water or cola, and it's cozy (not huge). Plenty of personal attention if you want it, or quiet if you prefer it.

The items that they use on you are single use, and the metal items are sanitized properly. I've gotten some funk from a nail salon that took me a while to get rid of, so let me tell you, I appreciate this extra care.

I had a gel set put on my fingernails, first time, and they are perfect.

I can't stress enough, this place doesn't look like much when you come to the shopping center. You will appreciate the skill set, the service, and the end product. To me, that's worth it.

I had a manicure last week at a bougie place, and it didn't last (4) days. Never again!

Be aware, the Google maps has you going in some weird direction to get to this location. Just head for the Ashburn Farm Village Center, and you'll find it. There is some construction going on in the center, but as much as the outside of the shopping center needs a facelift, the nail salon itself had many visitors this time of day.

Such a joy to find Deja Vu Nails. I've been going here for almost a year and have always been impressed. Everyone is so friendly and professional. The salon is extremely clean and it is clear that they care about what they do and how they do it. They have a great inventory of dipping powder and gel colors along with regular polish. They really are skilled artists! And conversation is always terrific too. They also respect schedules and will call or text if they see they will be running late. I won't go anywhere else!

Update August 2025 - I can't tell you enough how much I love this place! The shop recently had a makeover so everything is fresh and new. The pedicure chairs are so comfy and they use tub liners to ensure a clean and healthy experience every time. Every person wgo walks in is greeted with the same friendly manner and they always make sure you are happy before you leave. They really take pride in operating the best nail salon in Ashburn! You won't be disappointed with your experience while in the shop, and after - I always get compliments on my nails!

Update: 2024 - still a big fan of Deja Vu. Quality job every time and so clean. They use LED technology versus UV, so looking out for the safety of clients. All techs are friendly and do the best to ensure satisfaction every time. The owners really care and are honest. I go to Tammy but you will be treated right no matter who you go to. I had a great experience at Deja Vu Nails— I was booked for a gel manicure appointment, and they did not disappoint. My nail stylist was gentle and precise (almost like a perfectionist) with my previous gel manicure removal, cuticle trimming and manicure, and as he painted my nails he took the time to use a brush/polish remover to remove small excess lines of paint on my skin I could barely notice myself. He was more than willing to go with my idea of using five different Cat Eye style polishes on my nails, on top of the black bottom coat. He even did a second coat of the Cat Eye polish, which game my nails even more of a holographic, shimmering effect. It was a bit more expensive, but the result is stunning!! I couldn’t be happier!! I think I’ve honestly found my favorite nail polish, now, and a great place to get my nails done.

Additionally, my nail stylist was very informative when I asked questions regarding dip/powder nails, as I’ve never gotten those done before and was considering it, and he even let me know about their special promotions when I asked about their gift certificates/gift card options.

Overall, I had a great experience at Deja Vu nails and would definitely recommend this place to a friend— I bought my mother a gift certificate for this upcoming Mother’s Day, and I hope to plan/return with her to get a mom/daughter...
