Terrible Experience placed an order on the app submitted my payment and got a confirmation. while i was in the shower my son opened the door and received the pizza 30 min later i received a call from an employee saying that i owed them 5 dollars and that i didn't give the driver anything. i then proceeded to tell him thats weird i paid all my dues on the app and even got a confirmation i dont know why your calling me now saying i owe money and he started to keep insisting and i was getting really sketched out about the situation and yes i did start to get a little irritated on the phone and i ask to speak to the manager and he told me i am the manager. then i told him you guys need to get your app fixed because you cant keep calling customers saying they owe you money because its just straight up weird. whats the point of the app then? he then insulted me by saying that he would pay for my $4 outstanding for my pizza that i couldn't pay for. i never said i couldn't pay it i just wanted an explanation as to why you were calling me afterwards to get additional money when i paid all my dues at the time i placed my order. i asked him if he could send his driver back so i could give it to him and kept avoiding the question and then i told him well i would assume you have my card so just charge me the outstanding money. and he said dont worry mam i will pay for you since you cant pay $4! disgusting behavior! so dissatisfied i love pizza hut but definitely wont be...
Read moreI ordered Pizza Hut from this location via their app and used a 25% coupon that the app offered me. I was happy to get a deal! Anyway, I placed the order and I waited for my pizza. 30 minutes go by and the store calls me. They tell me I have a balance due of $11 and they’re not going to release my order until I paid. I tell them that doesn’t make sense since the app wouldn’t have allowed me to place an order with a balance due. She was extremely rude and condescending. Her attitude acted like I intentionally shorted them $11. The funny thing is that’s how much the coupon was. It’s not like I can choose how much I’m paying the app…the app charges what is due. She told me she didn’t know why there was a balance, but she couldn’t let my pizza go without being paid. The amount that she told me was $41 but my bank definitely got charged $50 so that doesn’t add up either. She told me to send a screenshot of my bank statement and that’s when I lost it and demanded a refund. Now I don’t have pizza and I’m out $50…I told her I wanted a full refund of what they charged me…the $50. We shall see if there’s a disconnect with the amount they claim I was undercharged.

When I called back to inform them of this the girl who answered hung up the phone on me after refusing to take responsibility for the mistakeshe was extremely rude. I called back again and she answered and hung up the phone without even answering. So I went back to Pizza Hut and asked why was she so rude to me on the phone and I did take the pizza back as well. She refused to answer and told me she is refunding my order and to never return. I have been coming to this Pizza Hut for 20 years and to be treated in this manner is unacceptable rude and disrespectful.
