Buffalo Wing Factory — Restaurant in Virginia

This photo is of FIVE WINGS, which were $9. My soda was $4. Total with $2 tip was a little over $16, and I was hungry again after 10 minutes. $1 additional charge had I needed an additional serving of ranch (about 2 tablespoons), but I had leftover ranch because the wings were so small.

I wanted to order the Fish and Chips, but they do not have Malt Vinegar. I asked for a side salad with my wings, but they do not have side salads. The server said I could order a regular salad for $17 and up, but all of their salads have corn, or avocado, or something else unusual. Yes, I'm picky with salad - give me lettuce, tomato, and maybe cucumber. I don't need all that other stuff. They simply refused to make a custom, normal side salad.

Side of fries was $5. No thanks, I didn't roll up in there in my Bentley today. It was in the shop getting gold plated rims and 15 inch subs, but $5 is too much for a side of fries.

I was in a party of 6. They got my order and one other person's order correct. 25% ain't bad, I suppose. One person asked 3 times for an extra $1 serving of ranch, before I asked the manager to bring him some. Another person's fries came out as we were getting ready to leave.

When they brought our drinks, I went to the bar and got straws for all of us, because the server forgot.

Two managers TRIED REALLY HARD to make up for the service, by helping out the server, which is why they are getting 2 stars instead of 1. I appreciate that, sincerely, but you can't plan to stay in business long with those prices and lack of attention to detail. Perhaps they were short staffed, but this was lunchtime, on a Friday.

It is a nice place. Clean, and not crowded. Beautiful brick facade behind the counter in the foyer, and decent parking, but you know what they say about pigs...

You think a restaurant that had 'wings' in its name would have had good wings. Think again. My business associates are opening up a specialty gym in the same mall as Buffalo Wing Factory. We thought we should give them a try since we are always looking for restaurants that cater. My daughter and I arrived for lunch at about 12:30. We placed a simple order (two burgers and a side of wings) and it took over 35 minutes to get our food. We both ordered our burgers medium. Her's came medium well and mine came medium rare. Now onto the wings. Neither my daughter or I like dressing so we always get them plain. These were the most decrepit wings I have ever seen. It was like ordering wings from a food truck at a traveling circus. They were horrible. Practically zero meat on them. The amount of meat was equal to the amount of tip. The waitress kept apologizing for the delay but there was no gratitude for the delay respective on the bill. $44 for two burgers, fries, a drink and a side of wings. I will NEVER be eating here again. I recommend people get their wings from a Food Lion or similar because they will be better than what Buffalo Wing Factory...

Went in for a late lunch. Horrible service, waited good 10 minutes for someone to take our order after hunting for help. We looked around & the restaurant was not busy at all. Wonder why the below par service.

It was our first time & asked for suggestions. Waitress A, looked annoyed said “everything is good. It all depends on what you’re in the mood for” Wow!! that answer definitely took us by surprise. Reading the the other reviews made me feel we should ask for suggestions. We were so WRONG.

We then waited a really long while for the food to arrive. I had to ask “is our food ready yet”?!

Definitely doesn’t help going here if you’re hungry and need faster service. Definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.

*update 6/22/22 We decided to give this place a second try and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Our server, Lexi V was phenomenal 👍👍. The food was super delicious. Lexi recommended a few menu items & we loved everything!! The cheese...
