Delicious Catering Services — Attraction in Cutler Bay

We hired Delicious Catering for our 25th Anniversary celebration and they did not disappoint! The theme was Japan since we got married in a Japanese style garden 25 years ago. Chef Chris and his team created a beautiful culinary experience. He had servers to help the customers get their favorite dishes, as well support to clean up as the night progressed. We added glassware for drinks from the party planner that was not scoped out originally, but the team was able to adapt and made the pick up/ cleaning process a breeze. Even though the party was outside, the team was able to set up and leveraged the area to make it run like a chef kitchen should.

We had chicken yakitori and tuna as appetizers. The entrees were Ramen with your choice of protein and toppings, teppanyaki style beef and chicken, as well as fried rice. The food was served in bamboo cutlery as well as the cutest “take out” boxes.

Ooh and dessert!! He made taiyaki stuffed with Nutella and home made matcha ice cream. Stop it! It was just too on point!
