HORRIBLE. I purchased skirt steak that the lady working at the shop got from the back freezer since there was none in the front. Took it home, later that day went to open it up and it smelled disgusting and when I checked the expiration date it had expired 11/01/2024 and it’s 11/15/2024 that’s TWO weeks expired. When I went back to the shop the owner tried giving me different meat and when I check it had the same 11/01/2024 expiration date. The owner claims he sells his meats that way and that those expiration dates don’t matter. Yet the one we purchased from him was rotten and smelled rancid.
