We recently celebrated my daughter’s quinceañera at Cutler Bay Banquet Hall ,and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way.

The banquet hall was beautifully decorated, perfectly capturing the elegance and grandeur we envisioned for this special day. The lighting and decor created a magical atmosphere that made the event feel truly special. The hall was spacious enough to accommodate our 62 guest list comfortably, with ample room for dancing and socializing. From the initial planning stages to the night of the event, they were attentive, professional, and dedicated to ensuring everything went smoothly. The event coordinator Carlos was particularly helpful, offering great suggestions and handling last-minute changes with ease. On the night of the event, the waitstaff were efficient and courteous, ensuring that all guests were well taken care of.

The facilities were top-notch. The banquet hall and restrooms were spotless and well-maintained. The parking was plentiful and conveniently located, making it easy for guests to arrive and depart without hassle. Additionally, the sound system and lighting added to the overall experience, making the dance floor the highlight of the night.

I had the best experience with Cutler Bay Banquet Hall. During my initial visit to inquire about the hall, I was greeted by Alex who was so welcoming and helpful. She explained everything in detail, gave us a tour of the hall, which was decorated beautifully and was spotless. By the time we left, we were sold on having our baby shower there. The staff answered all questions and left my husband and I feeling comfortable with leaving the planning in their hands. The week of my baby shower I received a call from Genesis letting me know that she would be the manager on site for my event, she confirmed all details, and we set up a time for me to come in and add any additional decorations I had for my baby shower the day before my event. I arrived to add my finishing touches and was greeted by the owner Carlos with a smile, the staff and himself were making sure everything was set up so nice in which it was beautiful. Genesis also formally introduced herself. My baby shower went so smooth and I cannot thank the staff enough. Genesis made sure that we didn’t need anything the entire time. Mike The DJ was amazing, he played all the right music, the volume was perfect and he kept in communication with my host to ensure we were satisfied with the music. I was in charge of coordinating a wedding for my in laws. I reached out to Carlitos and he was of great help! Everything from the moment I reached out to ask about prices, to the final wedding date was smooth sailing! Carlitos made sure to accommodate us with EVERYTHING the bride & groom requested. If we had ANY questions, he made sure to answer them all. Carlitos and his team offered great attention on the final wedding date. Everything looked spectacular starting with the layout of the wedding ceremony, to the tables, to the cake! His attention to detail is definitely impeccable and we will be contacting him once again for any future events! The food during the banquet hall was of good taste. And the unlimited drinks was a feature everyone enjoyed! We got the gold package which included a master of ceremony, photographer and DJ and ALL of them were also AMAZING! They did their job really good and kept in touch with us on the days leading to the event to make sure everything was to our liking. In all honesty, all of our family and friends where mesmerized with this event and some even cried when stepping foot into the banquet hall as they saw that everything looked so beautiful and the staff worked above and beyond to please every attendee.
