Is this place under new management? I went in person and made an order for miniature Cocktail Patties 2 1/2 weeks in advance-PAID! The day of my order pick up I arrive to the restaurant only to be told they did not have what I ordered and it wasn’t in stock and I can take the option of having veg or curry patties. Mind you I placed this order well in advance for a corporate event. Not only is this piss poor Customer Service, no one called me to let me know my order would not be ready on time or they did not have it. They just told me that the gentleman that was supposed to place my order is not working today and they cannot verify what he was supposed to order. The manager was in the back telling someone that if I did not like it, I can just leave. Moral of the story I ended up having to pay another $60 for big PATTIES to be able to take to my CORPORATE event that I had already promised them. This is why small businesses don’t get the exposure they need;shitty customer service, bad manners and no communication with customers. Now , had you made my order right you would have had a plethora of future business parties to cater to, but because of your nonchalant attitude; we’ll go somewhere where orders can be placed on time pick up on time and communication with the customer!
