If I could give Dr. Woon a "10" rather than 5 stars I would. She is a great Doctor and possibly one of the most amazing humans I've met in my life. Y'all know, the kind of doctor who cares about their patients and treats you with respect and listens. The kind of doctor who never makes you feel like a number. The kind of doctor, now hear this one (who lights up the room) when she walks into it. Yes, that's Doctor Woon. It's amazing to me and I give thanks to God for this one, it's amazing to me that God has chosen to bless my life with Doctor Woon, as her inner light ✨️ 🙏 💖 is so amazing to be a part of as a patient. It is difficult to make a call to Whitsett Vision and get a person. You have to leave a message that will be answered within 24 hours. Even when a call is returned, no extension is given so that I may talk to the same person who called me back. This has been true for years. On this visit, I got there ten minutes early, and I was not called back for 15 minutes past my appointment time, and even still there was a good deal of waiting. I was told to expect to be there for an hour, and I was there about two hours. Dr. Woon is great, though, and I have no complaints about her or her staff in particular. Dr. Woon is truly one of the best doctors! I've been seeing her for a few years now and she is so smart, considerate, and cares about all of me, not just what I'm specifically seeing her for. Every visit she asks about other issues I'm having, where things are at, and we discuss (briefly) what's being done. She doesn't waste time talking about stuff in general and she is very directed in her discussions, but I feel like she listens and hears me. I never feel rushed through my visits. She is very thorough in her exams and history taking. I'm very glad I found her and I highly recommend her. One last note, her office support staff is awesome, too!...
