Fresh tasty donuts and kolaches, great coffee and ambience - and that's not even it! I am a New Yorker (Brooklyn) who grew up on street vendors and corner bodegas where Salim knew your name, your order and the name of your current girlfriend. I missed that when I moved to Katy, then I found Snowflake and Boran. Boran runs the shop. He is a Cambodian Sam from Cheers. I used to feel I was special until I found (to my chagrin) that with Boran everyone is special and deserving of a smile and conversation with their coffee and kolache. We love their donuts, Kolaches, tacos & biscuits. He has a lotus pastry that is delicious. He has Kolaches with Chappell Hill Sausage either Spicy or regular. Simple wonderful. He has Kolaches made with Boudauin in either Spicy or regular. Pick some up to show some gratitude to your garage or a friend. . This is by far the BEST donut shop EVERYWHERE! It makes it very hard when we are out of town because there is not a place as wonderful! The donuts are delicious and fresh no matter the time.
