1 star seems generous, I am traumatized. My hair is horrible HORRIBLE. I want to cry looking at it, I called to see if they had any appointments for the day or maybe within the next few days because there was a website that said they did and I was verifying they said they actually did have one that day so I went for a simple haircut just wanted to trim a few inches and reshape my curtain bangs. I go in and the lady Nora seems in a rush I show her where I want may hair roughly mid breast to under breast area. She has me turn around and is showing me my hair is dead I said I know it’s bleached it happens I don’t want to get rid of it I just want to trim it she continues to tell me it’s dead and asks what about here is this where you said AND THEN PROCEEDED TO DRY CHOP MY HAIR IN THE MIDDLE WAY HIGHER THAN I ASKED me at a loss for words says i guess because at this point what can you do?? Glue it back on???? She then proceeded to chop my DRY hair 3 more times to cut the rest of my hair (uneven) and takes me to the wash bowl. She washed my hair very roughly I had a finger in the eye multiple times and an ear full of shampoo. She was very rushed if she didn’t have time they should have scheduled me for another day or time. We then go back to the chair and she’s talking about layers I say I don’t want layers. She does my curtain bangs shorter than I asked … are we surprised… so now they don’t fit in a pony tail or a clip which was a main requirement. And then she proceeded to give me some layers look she was talking about and got her top that shaves the hair and does layer pulling my hair taught and just chopping at my hair. Never fixed the back side that was even. She shows me my finished hair and I’m trying to look at it and she keeps moving it so I lean forward so she stops touching me to look at it and explain the hair is uneven she tells me multiple times it’s not even and we go back and forth then she says oh she sees it and chops it off with the laying tool. My hair is still extremely uneven and absolutely horrible. I wanted to take maybe 3-4 inches off and she took about 6. My hair is barely below my shoulders. Worst experience ever. Had badly processed hair due to this place. Had to go somewhere else for a new consultation when the stylist wouldn't respond to me. My hair was gummy, the color I paid for lasted 2 days.. I've had my hair bleached before so I knew eventually something was wrong. Ended up cutting most of my hair off. OWNER REFUSED to speak to me about the BADLY provided color service. Told me I wasn't a client even though I paid SALON VICTORIA $230. Owner had different people relay messages to me because she didn't want to speak to me herself. Told me to ask a freelance stylist for the refund even though I payed SALON VICTORIA. They were all over the place, and all I did was repeat myself over and over because the owner didn't want to speak to a dissatisfied customer. I tried to be understanding at first, but the more validity my points had (like why would I ask someone who doesn't have access to my transaction to provide me a refund) the more I was refused to be spoken to by the owner. I offered to come in and have a conversation- and was told "I can't promise she will call you". "She" being the owner. I have my receipt, and am still waiting for a CALL, and for the refund I asked for. Do not come here. They do not care about customer service and resolving customer disappointment. I mentioned to them about the review I saw previously and how someone was dealing with something similar. This isn't a coincidence, please go somewhere else. Find a talented colorist/stylist who are good people, and that work for good...

So I went to get my roots touched up blonde. I was already very pale blonde. I just wanted a retouch on my regrowth. I've been blonde for years and I never had to lighten my 3 times and still my roots were a yellow and the back of my hair was orange. I understand that with my nature dark hair it takes a while. When she finished at first in the lighting i was thinking it wasnt so bad and they offered me a free service to fix it. When I got back home and looked at it with better lighting. It was not so good. I didn't even notice the orange in the back until a classmate told me but I let it go since I was gonna get a free service again. When I came back she did a better job a little blotchness but I didn't expect it to be perfect and you couldn't notice unless you really look it. Well today when I finally shampoo, toned and styled my hair and my roots were still kinda yellow in the back underneath the tip layer was a bit bassy but the top of my hair covers it up so you cant really notice unless i put my hair up. At this point I gave up and through all the salons I've been too. I never had to bleach my hair 4 times to not even get to my color. I gave up at this point. My stylist was nice and I still tipped her but I wouldn't go back there for a color. I'm not sure about cutting but definitely...
