Earthlight Technologies — Attraction in Silverton

We contacted several solar companies. After going back and forth with questions, several of them just disappeared and didn't get back because it seemed like if they didn't get the sale in the first couple of correspondents then they moved on. Earthlight held fast And continued to answer my questions until I was satisfied with the whole project. I ended up choosing earthlight and ordered 27 panels and two Franklin batteries. I would have used the Tesla powerwall as my first choice but those won't charge up from an alternate generator. I wanted the option if it's dark and no power for days to charge up my battery with a generator during the day. So I can have power all night. Franklin batteries do this. We have enjoyed electric bills that are only for the hookup charge. We generate twice as much electricity right now in the summer than we use. A surplus will be banked and used up in the winter months. I'm hoping to zero out at the end of March when PGE resets our consumption allotment we've squirreled away all summer. With 27 + panels, I highly recommend two batteries. The work crew was stellar and worked like a well oil machine. Everybody seemed to get along great and it was a pleasure working with them. They were extremely accommodating and flexible and literally went out of their way to make it the best experience. Most everything was black and white in the contract in any gray area they took care of at their expense. No squabbling no extra charges. No hidden costs. Even now a couple months later they still follow up to see how it's doing and they can see on their end how things are doing as well. They are able to monitor our system and continue to do so long after the sale is complete. It was so refreshing to have a business treat me this well. I highly recommend them for anyone wanting to go solar from a few panels to a whole big array. They do it all. They have a diverse team with different knowledge and experience all work together to provide great customer service...

I did a lot of research and talked with four other companies (bids from two). Earthlight was, hands-down, the right choice. Is solar an investment? Yes. That means you want to invest in people you can trust, who care about their work, and who are available when you need them. We've experienced all of that and more with Earthlight Technologies. Every worker knows their job. They care about communication and care that you, the customer, understand how to use the system you have invested in - and that it works efficaciously! When something didn't seem right with our electrical panel (it's a new build) the PM, Charles, came out and fixed it all up. The men on the roof were professional, on-time, and did a stellar job - I hardly noticed them! Boone (electrician) and Tommy (apprentice) did a great job setting up my batteries - figuring out the touchy wi-fi/internet out here. They are a great team.

I couldn't be happier with the installation and am thoroughly enjoying watching my panels gather energy, fill up my batteries, and then send more energy back to the grid. This will be a great long-term relationship and investment. Thank you to everyone at Earthlight!

Hands down the BEST company to work with for solar installation! They are SO patient, kind and just fun to work with! The office staff is amazing!!! The installation crew is amazing!!! Plus if you call or email, the response time is so fast! Even now, after my system has been installed, if I call with a question they treat it like it's their number one priority! I seriously can not say enough good things about Earthlight Solar...oh there is one more thing!! They are a Tesla Certified Installer! There are A LOT of Solar companies but NOT a lot of Tesla Certified Installers!! They installed a Tesla Wall Charger for my car plus two Powerwalls for battery storage! Everything works seamlessly off of Solar or Grid if needed.

If you don't think they are the best yet, get this! My Tesla Wall Charger was doing some odd things and after calling Tesla they said to send it back to them and they would send me a new one. I asked Earthlight if they would help me remove it. They did come to remove it AND they installed a brand new Wall Charger at the same time!! I had zero down time and Earthlight said they would take care of sending it back. That's great...
