Do yourself a favor and GPS a different Dutch Brothers and avoid the Silverton location.
I managed to get into a debate with a Dutch Brothers employee about the validity of my coffee recipe and how much they were going to charge me even though I've ordered this drink hundreds of times. The employee was going to send me away without my drink, the manager came out gave me the drink that they had already made. I would leave a one-star review but I do appreciate the managers attempt at making things better. I did leave one of my extra $5 DB gift cards leftover from Christmas shopping to pay for the person behind me drink because I felt bad about holding up the line. I don't think I'll be going back to that stand.
Update: a friend of mine was trying to be nice and cheer me up with a Dutch Brothers Coffee and said she'll never go to this Silverton stand ever again. Apparently they were rude and condescending to her when she said the drink didn't look right and was angry at how she felt overcharged by Dutch Brothers.
The poor customer service myself and people I care about have received at this location is very uncharacteristic of a Dutch Brothers. Originally I gave this place a two-star rating but now that I have to tell my friends to avoid it I'm going to change my rating...
Read moreI want to give this place 5 Stars because the coffee is usually great, but if your a local like myself, you will find ninety-nine percent of the time when you're in line to access the drive thru you will be cut off by not only one or two people but six, seven, or eight people. Like today for example I am the first car in line to access the drive-thru with about five or six cars behind me and we were cut off by seven different cars. This happens every single day not every once in awhile but everyday I go to Dutch Brothers, Monday through Sunday. It is getting to the point where I no longer want to go there because it's so frustrating. Not once have the employees come out and talk to the people that do that they just act like nothing happened and they know you're upset but they don't do anything to stop it. Now that right there is not advocating for your best customers and that is pure neglect. Instead of caring for the customers that come there every day multiple times a day you care for the customers that stop in every once in awhile on their way through and that to me...
Read moreIt seems like whoever designed this stand did not use their brain when considering there needs to be room for cars in drive thru. Now, they are making people drive all the way around to the Safeway parking lot to get to the "proper lane." There are no signs or directions to get to this new lane they created, so when I waited 10 mins through the line, I was told they could not serve me if I didn't go through the correct lane and I would have to leave, go around the block to the Safeway parking lot, and come in through a different lane. Refusing service to people doesn't seem like good business, but what do I know, I'm just the idiot who followed the one sign pointing to the drive thru lane that is apparently incorrect. Brand new building, should have used your brain in designing the drive thru since your whole business runs on drive thru. Not going back to this Dutch Bros, I don't need it or want it bad enough to try and solve a puzzle, wait 15 mins and then get told at the window that they would not take my order. VERY...
