Well where to start. Went through the drive thru and the young man kept asking me what kind of chicken I wanted.I told him I said nothing about chicken I asked where the kids meals where on the menu the he continued to ramble on about chicken. I again said I wasnt asking about chicken and then my 3 year old in the back seat asked a question so I told the young man taking my order just a minute while I was trying to find out what my 3 year old wanted to eat. Then I gave out the rest of my order. Got to the window then there was this young gal at the window saying we will serve you this time but next time your rude to my teller we will not serve you. I at no time thought I came a crossed rude by any means and I tried to state this and she stated " You were rude and kept cutting of my server"," and we will serve you this time but next time we will not " I tryed to explain i wasnt cutting off the young man getting my order he just kept asking me about chicken that i never mentioned. At this point I asked for her manager and she came back I am the manager with a smitty attitude. At this point I was extremely mad and told them to F-off and keep my order. I don't know If I will ever return to this DQ, their customer service is extremely nasty. I know they lost me...
Read moreWe walked into the Silverton store at 3:00 pm on Tuesday. About 5 minutes later a young man came to the counter, looked at myself, partner and 3 kids and said “I am officially off the clock!” At that point, he turned and left the counter. We waited, probably another 2 or 3 minutes and he returned.
He took our order and we sat down.
There was one other table seated and one small group arriving. No cars active in the drive at this time, although I’m sure some came thru as we were waiting. We waited approximately 1/2 hour and, ultimately, I went back behind the counter to find someone. There were 2 girls near the drive thru window; standing, talking. I asked how our order was coming. They didn’t think they had an order for us. At that point I saw the screen with our order on it and showed her. She said “oh, ok, we’ll work on that right now”.
We never saw the server again. One of the girls delivered our order to the table, apologizing profusely for forgetting us.
We arrived at 3:00, were served at 4:15ish. I would have left, but didn’t want to create a fuss in front of our grandchildren.

Read morethey close early with no warning EVERY night, so even if it says open online - expect to be greeted by a bunch of crates blocking the drive through. added with the fact that if you do manage to make it there before they randomly decide to just up and close - you’ll be waiting up to 30 minutes for mediocre and overpriced food since it’s privately owned and so they decide to charge way more for anything you get, with way worse quality and service as opposed to any other regular DQ. (not expecting anything to actually be done about this as i’ve seen all the other worthless and completely unhelpful replies DQ has left customers - if you make someone a horribly ugly cake and charge $40, you should be offering to refund them instead of just saying “sorry hope you come back” because why would they??? but i hope it can be a warning for anyone considering going there :))
