Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Silverton

It’s pretty obvious that Taco Bell reviews aren’t for food quality or taste but more of the experience with locations. The Silverton location is a KFC/Taco Bell franchise. After three years of being a customer here I can officially say that this location is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever experienced; throughout many cities and states... and almost everyone in town can relate. I don’t typicality eat fast food but have given in more often after moving to this small town that has little options. Taco Bell has always been a life long guilty pleasure so it’s my first go to when those times arise. We keep trying to give them grace, understanding that most of the staff are youngest/first job situations. we try speaking slowly, clearly and loud and even asking to repeat our order yet something is still always wrong. We understand it’s fast food but it’s almost like this location purposely messes up Taco Bell orders. We occasionally order KFC and everything is pretty well on point but The Taco Bell side of things are always, always wrong. Plus a lot of things are about $.50-$1.00 more than what Taco Bell advertises. I hate wasting food so I never take it back and just try to eat what I can but it’s seriously starting to get old spending money on food I didn’t order...

I’m a very kind and patient person, and twice now- this Taco Bell has pushed me to my limits.

The first time they completely forget to make my food after waiting 15 minutes, and me bringing it up - it was made.

Today, they once again didn’t make my food, they swore someone else took the food, but I was standing there the whole time and not once was my order called, nor was anyone taking the incorrect food, because they were standing their confirming what was in each bag with each customer.

After waisting my whole 45 minute lunch, I finally got my food.

I will never eat at this Taco Bell again lol, you truly couldn’t pay me.

I’m the type you get what you pay for and I know it’s fast food so my standards are low, but holly smokes this was so gross. It’s drenched in mayo. The spicy slaw wrap I got was drowning in coleslaw. I did make sure I called to inform them of the poorly made food and I’m about 45 mins away from silverton Taco Bell/ KFC. The women asked I come back so she can make it right and bring in the terrible food. I have no problem doing that but it would need to be tomorrow as I live far away. She said per her policy it needs to be brought back today so she can make it right. Obviously isn’t in my schedule. I’ve tried this Taco Bell a few times and it’s just gross. Go or don’t go, I don’t really care either way. Just sharing my experience. Lower ur standards when it comes to fast food but not to the point u can’t eat the food...
