GameStop — Attraction in Lexington

I Love Them,i Go there alot and closes gamestop,i dont live far like 3-5 min drive depending on traffic. the guys been working there are the best, always know me and say hi,in the summer ask stay in there store and wait or if feel faint they dont mind letting sit on ground .great guys ,there always friendly,when there busy they struggle abit and sometimes have there bad days and stay kind and content,but its normal and understand ,they see me come in alot ,so i know they have new workers coming in,lately. they are honest with parents and try very hard to answer any questions ,there great in store and will do there best on phone .when ask them about anything ,there considerate to what you need or want and give answers well. there friendliest store i met and glad to be a customer ,but love to work with them if i could.highly reccommend this store. lexington east centre also good for varity of games cant find in there,but south lake drive gamestop ,always ask if want them look around for w/e ask for in there store at other gamestops if they have them,if cant find it in...

This store has poor customer service. When I walk in I don't get helped unless I disrupt the employees conversation. Their store has a limited choice of options on game console accessories and some games as well. They do not dress professionally which doesn't really matter so much but still not very attractive in a company. Store is not kept clean. Dusty shelves and nasty counter where the cashier is. The employees are supposed to make the customers feel welcome in the store. When I walk in, it feels like I just walked into the flea market. I hope that someone comes in and straightens that store out because they could use an entire new staff. Also if they don't have something they're quick to tell you no and offer no help on trying to get it. My review comes from years of experience with customers in the retail area. On a higher scale than GameStops customers. If you really like GameStop I would highly recommend going to one of the other two stores over on Sunset Blvd. They have everything this store does...

I've been going to this GameStop for years. I know the empolyees very well and they are very awesome. If I need something all I need to do is ask and they will help of they don't have a line of customers. This is the only GameStop I like going to because they talk to you like y'all are friends instead of just customers like other GameStops do. If tbeh don't have a copy of a game they will order if for you or tell you when more copies are coming in and they will save you a copy for when you next come in. This is the best GameStop I've been too and on a scale of 0-10 I say 10 because of how they help and treat you there. Store isn't always clean like the other person says but thats because its a game store. They don't have an office or somewhere that they can go to, to do the stuff that needs to be done for the store. When new games come out it gets worse because they have piles if games that need to...
