Giant Pharmacy — Attraction in Springfield

I would like to thank Giant Pharmacy to have someone like John Taktajian as part of staff. He is worthy of me to take time out of my life to express my gratitude for his service. Due to my compromised immune system, I had to take booster shot as soon as it was available. He went over the process of last two shots. He also explained that there isn’t data available on the side affects of the 3rd shot. I was very comforting at same time, he was honest. He was very gentle when during the he gave me the shot, and kind. After I left, all I could think about his service, honesty, and how much he wished that he had more data available since booster shot was just came available. I felt that it is my duty to provide him with my personal experience with the shot for his future customers. I had no side affect from the booster shot, except sore shoulder where I got shot. Was trying to order a coffee at the Starbucks. A man was talking to the worker who seemed very uncomfortable. When I asked him if he was ordering, twice he put his finger in my face and said with very slurred words "Don't worry about me." I went to the manager and reported the incident. He immediately walked over to handle it. He spoke with the worker who was crying at this point. When the clearly intoxicated man started cussing at and threatening me, the manager told him to leave. I was pleased that the manager had handled the situation. However, when I was shopping, I saw the same intoxicated man at customer service waiting to be helped. The same manager walked up to customer service and sold the man a pack of cigarettes. So clearly he pretended to have the man leave the store. So much for protecting your customers...

I had the best experience at this Giant Pharmacy. Tien was the Pharmacist who helped me out with my father's prescriptions which included insulin and blood sugar device. My father was just discharged from hospital with diabetes and first time taking insulin. Tien took his time and explained in details on the insulin and the device. Also, the pharmacy didn't have one of the insulin which my father needed right away and couldn't wait couple days for it to be in stock. Tien contacted one of other customer and asked if he could wait couple days for his insulin so he could fill my father's insulin prescription. Very caring and...
