High Country Outfitters — Attraction in Roswell

I would give them 10 ⭐ if I could! I love that these guys have been in ATL for years, they always have a great selection of the latest/greatest gear and clothes, they carry only the top brands, and the HC team members are THE BEST 👊

During the pandemic they stepped up their digital game and created an online store...game changer! While I loved shopping here before, I had to go by the store to see what they had in stock. I found myself just going the path of least resistance and buying online from somewhere else. Now I can order what I need and then head to to the store for pick-up (and typically add a few things to my bag once I get in the store 😂). I get the convenience of online shopping PLUS the friendly interaction of awesome human beings in the store 👍

On top of that, they also introduced a loyalty program similar to what you find at REI....I've bought more from HC since the pandemic started than ever before!!!

Definitely one of the best places in ATL to get your outdoor gear. The sales staff are super knowledgeable (each one seems to have their own niche: paddleboards, climbing, backpacking.. etc) and very friendly. They have a dog who wanders about and she's sweet but aloof to people. She's very chill. Also, today they were celebrating egg-tober (big green egg) and they grilled some chicken wings and Juicy Lucy's for the customers to try.

After an hour and some change, I could barely drag my fiance out of the store. It was his own personal playground. It was a great store and have a great location right next to the Goodwill. Overall, my new favorite place to get...

Every time I go into this store I am always greeted by the nicest people. Love all the staff here and they are always soooooo helpful and know their customers. They will look up last sizes and items for me when I am shipping for my husband and forget what size I bought previously in certain brands and even if I am duplicating purchases. If they don’t have a size I need, they ALWAYS offer to find it and have it shipped and go out of their way. The customer service brings us back time and time again.
