I have received the most excellent service and care here for my most precious of items. I had my engagement ring impeccably cleaned and appraised, then purchased my wedding band there based off Karl's(the owner), expertise of matching it to the unique design of my engagement ring. I love it! I get so many compliments. The price was hands down the best against many other jewelers, so I was a happy customer from the start! The greatest of comforts however, is that even after a year since my wedding, Karl graciously repaired a lost diamond as if still under warranty and shipped it overnight to me, as I was not able to pick it up in person. He truly understands the value a wedding ring or any sentimental item means to someone. He did everything to ensure I was reunited quickly with my beautiful ring! After spending a lot of money on repairs of my jewelry I brought one of them back because the area they fixed broke again. The attitude of the owner Carl was so bad and he kept arguing with me. I had paid $250.00 for this repair and he said it would cost me that again to repair it. He obviously does not guarantee his repairs. He definitely needs lessons on customer service. I've never seen another customer in the store when I went there many times so that says a lot. I went one time to have my Omega watch battery replaced, he called me and said it needed the whole insides replaced. I believed him and paid a lot for this but I think I was scammed. I don't believe a $5000. watch needs that large of a repair. I will never go there again and suggest the same for anyone else...

This is a long overdue review, Karl the owner of Infinity Diamonds is such an honest, outgoing, caring, and friendly person. I had the best experience with him. My engagement ring and wedding band were priced reasonably and you can tell Karl just isn’t out for your money, he wants to give you what’s best for you for your price range while also giving his professional opinion on what looks best, he truly cares the most about your experience. When it came to the custom wedding band that I designed with Karl for my wife, he went out of his way to make sure that it was perfect and did it in the perfect time.
