This was not a great experience. JumpTime was super dirty and not well kept. The teens working the counter were not enthusiastic at all and had very poor customer service skills. Not to mention the place was dead and all the employees were too busy on their phones when they could pick up a rag and wipe all the sticky spills that were all over the tables. There wasn't a clean to sit. There should be no reason for people to have to stand at the counters and wait for service when 3 employees were standing behind the counter with nothing to do. Instead they were leaning over the counters on their phones and it looked really bad for the business. The supervision wasn't there either. This place would be a nice place if it had any kind of management. The floors were gross and their was food and so much dirt all over the trampolines. The bathrooms were even worse. There were candies dumped into the sinks and trash all over the floors. The soap dispensers were empty and it was not clean at all. I was not impressed with this place. I noticed several rips and tears in some of the trampolines and there were kids climbing down the holes in the corners of the big pits on purpose. This is a serious safety concern and a lawsuit waiting to happen. I realize that there is a waiver that u sign, but if the equipment is faulty or someone gets hurt because of the faulty equipment the waiver doesn't cover that. This place needs better employees that care about their job, and better supervision and management. I won't recommend this to anyone and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had a birthday party for my Child at jumptime on a Friday a few weeks back. I would not repeat again. We showed up at 3:50 to get the party started for 4pm. The communication of the front staff was a mess. They argued a bit in front of me and did not communicate to us at all what was going on. One person handed out socks and the other yelled at me for having the socks before she was ready? Very confusing.
We waited about 15 minutes past 4 to start the party. I dropped off supplies The day before- Nothing was ready upon arrival and the room was decorated but not with the supplies I dropped off? Why they asked me to drop off supplies to not be used is beyond me.
We were asked to leave the room 15-20 minutes early because you had another party booked directly after ours.
I was asked to fill out a survey by the party host, about the party host. I did fill out the survey which asked a lot of questions about the party host which I was unsure how to answer as someone else checked us in and the party host probably said 20 words to me the entire time. She was incredibly stressed the entire time and didnāt know anything anoint her job.
I got an email 2 days before the party stating no outside food, which when I booked the party I wasnāt aware of. Everything worked out but still a bit stressful.
All in all we missed out on 1/4th of the party I paid for. I emailed the party contact, Leanne Shae who never responded. Disappointing but the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAll my 7 year old son wanted to do for his birthday was go to Jump Time, and since his birthday falls in the winter, and there are only about four INDOOR activities to do in the winter in Bozeman, we thought it'd be a great idea. He took a friend of his and we went to enjoy the trampoline fun. And he did, for about an hour until he wanted to go jump off the high jump into the foam pit, now he has a foot that is broken in THREE places! One hour of jump time and now six weeks of recovery. Of course Jump Time is not liable since we signed their waiver, but it was an employee of theirs who directed my son how to jump into the pit. Before we even left, three other patrons remarked how many other kids each of them knew who had also been injured. Not to mention all of the doctors, orthopedists, physical therapists, and nurses who have shown no surprise when they have asked my son what happened and he tells them, Jump Time. I do not desire for Jump Time, one of the very few indoor winter activities here, to be shut down or anything like that, BUT with a reputation of injury growing quickly, my suggestion would be to reevaluate your...
