Lane Bryant — Attraction in Walker Mill

I have had the worst customer service experiences in this location. The last one was mid December when I ran in because I needed a strapless bra for an event that evening. Three women stood at the registers and not one greeted me. Ok, not a huge deal. I ended up shopping for my own bra going through the drawers to find different sizes to try and then let myself in the fitting rooms. All while the 3 woman worked around me gossiping and putting out merchandise. They spent their time talking about a man who was in the store prior to me with another customer and how they didn't approve of his sagging jeans. Even when they passed me in the linger section and again in the fitting not one asked if I needed help or spoke. So I didn't I wanted to see how long it would continue. I walked up to the register two of the women ignored me than another woman approached me and asked how I found everything. I replied "it was almost like I worked here", to which she replied "good!" She rang up my stuff and asked if I wanted to open a credit card. I declined. I was walking out and the alarm sounds, she left my sensors on. When I went back to the counter she said "dag I knew I did that" then handed me a $25 coupon for Lane Bryant dollars to use in January but not once did she apologize for the inconvenience or anything just "here this is for next time". The last time I went in this store location for a bra and asked to be fitted I was told they do not teach them how to fit and the measuring tape just gives you an idea and that I should just try on sizes close to what I have until I find the right one. I have no clue why I went back here. I have always had pleasant experiences when the location was at CAP BLVD and the one in Bowie, and Pentagon City. I do not know what the disconnect is at this location but...

I had the privilege of accompanying my Mentee on a trip to secure properly fitting undergarments. We were serviced by the incomparable Asia.

From the time she greeted us she was nothing short of amazing- patient, knowledgeable, hard working, and easy going. Our search for the right undergarments was no easy feat, yet she did not give up on us, provided requested feed back, and offered necessary recommendations because she truly knows the stores product line. She made our experience amazing and memorable!!!

You all are blessed to have her as an Associate. It is my prayer that she is promoted and able to train other Associates on how to offer superior, customer focused...

Great selection of plus sized bras and great prices. Also, the manager was really great. I only had $30 in my pocket and was in desperate need of a bra. I picked out a bra from the sale rack thinking it would come out to less that $25 and when I got to the checkout counter it turned out to be regular price ($30). I couldn't afford it so I left. My mom was still in the store and when she went to the checkout I guess the manager offered the bra for free. She covered the cost herself! I don't live in the area and there are no Lane Bryant's where I live but I really appreciate the service. And the bra itself is my most comfortable. WAY better than...
