SO TODAY!! 3-31-25
I stopped coming to this location for a Year or so! Because the Customer service was beyond rude, ghetto, stank attitudes and drive thru or inside workers acted as if you were bothering them. But TODAY!! 3-31-25 on the intercom and thru the Drive-Thru Brian was nice, welcoming, patient, friendly, respectful totally what defines excellent customer service in a fast food business. The Ambiance was cool the manger was equally as nice and pleasant. They both redeem this place with Me and the rest of my family with coming back again!!.. so if you ever read this thank you sooo much because I Missed the Teriyaki Chicken!!! & Super Greens!! . The manger said they did a cut of 52 plus workers because of the customers complaints etc GOOD!! I don't support trash customer service at all!! esp being on both sides a chef and a customer! That's not a good look! . Got the Honey Sesame Chicken which was the right amount of crispy , tender meat and excellent amount of honey!, the super greens stayed perfection still seasoned/steamed well enough cooked but crisp same time!, the broccoli beef was goood the meat extra tender how it should be!! Read moreThe food was not fresh and I witness staff member dropping a black pen in the rice By accident.And they still serve the rice to customers I have gotten to the front of the line still making plates with that same rice.I was literally the only customer in there with my daughter.The line was in the drive-threw.I cancel my whole order because the young girl never got rid of the rice even though my plate didn't come from that rice.I just thought of COVID-19 and I'm like I didn't see them make my food in the back so I don't know what they could've did to my food before I got it.I talk to the manager Anthony and he was just calm and he didn't seem like he cared he was young to.And I told them that I am report this store he said he didn't mind if I do so.This happen April 14'2021 approximately 7:00 PM so ever body that get sick hear on out from eating that rice please sue...
Read morePlace closes at 10. Ran out of fried rice at 9:34, speaker says they stop cooking at 9:30, asked for manager she then claims they stop cooking @ 9:00. okay, so I'll try a different rice.. Continuing order, she proceeds to tell me a list of what they don't have specifically what I came for. What I don't understand is how are you out of so many menu items at 9:30 when you close @ 10. Yes I hear your getting ready for close, 1hr to 30mins early, bottom line is, your NOT closed, you close @10pm tonight, so you shouldn't stop cooking until 930 to finish your shift, let alone in a busy area like Cap heights.
