Five Guys — Restaurant in Maryland

I don't know how you could make the same mistake twice. I ordered a lil bacon cheeseburger, a bacon cheeseburger, two hot dogs, and a large fry, but I received only the fries, hot dogs, and the bacon cheeseburger. I spoke to a manager over the phone told me that they would make a note to replace the missing lil bacon cheeseburger the next day, just tell them Eric spoke with you. I go into the restaurant the next day, the manager I spoke with wasn't at work, and the manager that was there wasn't aware that I was coming. He placed the order for me and apologized for the error. I also ordered two hot dogs and a regular fry. I had to wait over 15 minutes to receive my orders. I received two hot dogs on hamburger buns, a regular fry and a mushroom cheeseburger. No bacon. One of the hamburger bun hot dogs had three pieces of hot dog and the other had four pieces and a piece of hamburger. It is not worth trying to correct the second error. I ordered online for curbside pickup. I called in to the Location upon arrival. The lady who answered the phone informed that they are not doing curbside during this Pandemic. I told her that my card had been charged and I dont feel comfortable coming in the store cause they were NOT practicing social distancing. She stated that I had to come in. I proceed to the Chic fila next to them and purchased food there. I tried contacting Five Guys for a refund and my called wasn't answered for hours. Later that night I finally reached someone and spoke to a manager who told me he could see I was charged and never picked up my order. He said the charges should come off my account in 3 to 5 days. The charges still remain. I reached back out to another manager telling me I can come get some food at a later time on them curbside. Umm... This was my first time ever at Five Guys and I asked just for a regular cheeseburger with ketchup and lettuce, fries and a drink. My total came out to be 14 dollars and some change which I thought was a little high for a small burger, fries and a drink. When I got my order I started with the fries and they were surprisingly really good a little bit too salty but nothing I couldn't handle but there was a decent amount of grease on them. After the fries I went to my sandwich and after unwrapping I realized that it was like a super burger or something. It had 2 or 3 patties on it and then it was also missing the ketchup. The burger was just entirely too big for me to even finish it because of the extra greasy patties.
