Leaders Furniture of Spring Hill — Attraction in Spring Hill

We are new to the Spring Hill area and fell in love with nearly everything in Leaders. Sep 29th, we purchased an amazing looking dinette set and have been patiently waiting for just the table base to come in, to get delivery set up. We were given an estimated time for delivery in early December. We're right at the middle of the month now and still no dinette. The reason for only 3 stars is because, not once have they called us and given us any sort of update. Is a call to update us an unreasonable expectation? We've gotten updates only when we stopped in the store or called. We'll continue shopping there for other items as needs arise and I would recommend them to family or friends, but they could work on their communication and keeping customers up to date.

Final update: No change in the star rating, however we have finally received all of the items. It was about 2 months past the originally expected date. To leaders credit, they did let us borrow a showroom table base, so our partially delivered set was at least functional. Part of the delay was logistics beyond their control, so I won't hold that against them. The other part of the delay was our sales person ordering the wrong cushions. Human error......it happens. Again, to their credit they let us use showroom display cushions while we waited for the correct cushions to come in. There was further delay on the cushions, because the fabric was out of stock at the factory. I guess we ordered a popular fabric. All in all the entire experience was less than perfect, but they made a nice recovery with the loaner pieces. We'll be slow to take any more chances on buying from them, unless it's an item we absolutely can't live without and it already in stock. I would still recommend them to others if the item was IN STOCK and available for delivery. Their furnishings and decor items are beautiful. As far as out of stock items...maybe find...

This is our second time being in the Spring Hill store. We were greeted upon entering by a smiling Evelyn Morales-Elton, who helped us on our last purchase. Last trip into this store was last October to purchase a small rattan table for our bar room. We not only purchased our perfect table but also quite a few accessories to go with it. This trip we were looking for unique accessories that we know we won't find in any of the big chain stores. Once again not disappointed! Bought a couple of pictures and 4 accessories. Prices are extremely reasonable and the quality is great. Evelyn helped once again to make our shopping experience pleasurable. Also enjoyed talking to her about her home town of Atlantic City, NJ which was only 40 miles away from where we lived in NJ. Great to see another fellow New Jersey person here in central FL. The casual furniture choices in this store are amazing. Wish I could redecorate all over again. Will definitely return herein the future for all of our lanai and bar room needs.

I have bought many pieces at Leaders Casual furniture including accessories. The biggest was the Hampton seating sofa and chair and ottoman in white for the lanai. I waited to write a review to actually use it. We were so happy with the set its well made and beautiful with the cushion material my husband chose. Glad we bought it and Evelyn our salesperson and Jan too helped us so much. I've got lamps, an etagere, pictures, a chair, there's Leaders quality and beauty in almost every room here. Now I'm waiting on the delivery of my Islamorada white wash dinette set. This time I worked with Jessica who took a lot of time helping me with fabric choice. I can't wait till mid March for it to arrive. It's always a pleasant relaxing shopping experience in the Spring Hill store. It's the first place I go when I want something for the home.
