My son bought a TempurPedic mattress from them about 2 months ago mainly because I bought a TempurPedic mattress from them three or four years ago and was very happy with my mattress but apparently when you're not happy with the mattress and try to return it at the different story. Initially when we were purchasing the mattress I shared my son, while the salesman was right there next to us, that if he didn't like it he could return it within 90 days and get his money back and the salesman never said a word never said otherwise. So when my son wasn't happy with the mattress and said he wanted to return it they said he could return it but he only could upgrade not downgrade or he could downgrade but he would lose money he wouldn't get back the difference all of which was never told to us when he was buying the mattress. When I called them after the fact they said it was on the receipt. I told him exactly on the receipt. I'm sure it's somewhere on their website but when they just blatantly don't correct you when you're telling them something because it benefits them that I consider that deceitful salesmanship and would never ever find mattress from them again especially a tempurpedic. If you want to buy a Tempur-Pedic buy it direct from Tempurpedic because at least they'll take it back after 90 days and not trying to upsell you and argue with you relentlessly on the telephone like the owner did rather than just saying bring it back in will give you back the difference to make me happy. I can't say that I would ever buy another mattress from them or...

Was told that if I don't like a mattress I could at least exchange it, they ASSURED me I could exchange it, and I assumed they followed tempurpedics 90 day return policy. I've had this mattress for about 45 days now and I'm having the worst back pain of my life. Now they're telling me that I can't return it, and that if I do exchange it then it'll have to be for a mattress of EQUAL OR HIGHER VALUE. They said this is "what's fair to them" and that it's "Tempurpedics policy" which I called and confirmed with Tempurpedic that it's not.

I don't normally leave bad reviews but this place basically made false promises and misled me into believing I could return it or exchange it for ANY mattress. Now I'm just stuck having paid $3600 for what I thought was a premium mattress. I've had to get X-rays and am currently in physical therapy but according to them it's not the beds fault, which I never said it was. I just stated the bed is making my problems worse. I guess that doesn't matter to them because exchanging for a bed that's cheaper "isn't fair to them" (they said this on the phone) yet somehow it's fair that I owe $3200 and have to pay for physical therapy. I'm not even one to normally rant but this is actually ridiculous.

Typical sales people who will lie by omnission or mislead you to get a sale. If you buy a mattress here you are stuck paying whatever the price is. There is no returns. There is no exchanges for a cheaper mattress. They say it's the mattress brands policy but...

Mattress Plus is conveniently located and has a wide selection of beds to try out. Their prices are fair; the staff is knowledgeable; and the turnaround time on delivery is quick.

Be aware that for the sake of customers knowing that they’re not receiving a used mattress - one that a previous customer may have returned, my wife and I found out the hard way that all sales are final. The 25% restocking fee (initially sounding like a return policy) only applies to mattresses that are purchased but not yet delivered.

Also, our delivery timeframe experiences may have been flukes due to a surge in mattress purchases, but both windows were not met. The first occurrence was no sweat because we were home on a Saturday, and we received a call during the timeframe letting us know the delivery would be later than expected. The second occurrence was more inconvenient because I had taken off from work and only received a phone call after I called 15 minutes post-timeframe.

Overall, though, I would recommend shopping for a mattress here, especially if you know for sure that a mattress is the right one for you/yours. Ibrahim is polite, very reasonable, and one obvious reason why this place has been open...
