It has been years since I have eaten at Taco Bell and walking into the one in Kennesaw and standing at the front counter for 10 minutes being ignored is a good reason for it. Eventually someone asked if our order had been taken and when I said no and offered up my order to them, they advised they no longer take any orders except via kiosk; dirty kiosk, with no sanitization products anywhere in sight, kiosks. While I stood in front of the registers awaiting someone to take my order, I had to opportunity to refresh my knowledge of Taco Bell menu products, once at the kiosk, those items were not available. When I interrupted someone making tacos for another customer, they said, "oh, we do notnoffer that anymore and cannot get it off the menu board." While professional, I was not happy with that because, well, that item is what I wanted. I went back to the kiosk and settled on another item easy enough, and then went through about 6 more prompts before I was able to pay. There was no receipt provided, maybe I missed the prompt for a printed receipt, but I did not see anywhere to even get one.
My food arrived fast enough and it was as fresh as Taco Bell or any fast food food, could be.
In the end, it was the Taco Bell of yester-year, same as before, but for me better than Del Taco.
While I could have eaten at a real Mexican restaurant, can we even say that in this stupid sensitive world today? While I could have eaten at a Latino People of Color restaurant with authentic choices, Taco Bell is a quick alternative to fill your belly. Next time, I think Mexican restaurant is going to be my choice for the price.
I paid $11 for a couple of tacos and a Mexican pizza, and could have gotten a beef Taco salad and endless chips and salsa, with drink, for that $11, or less.
The store was clean and free of debris, and the drink machine was operational, but there were no signs directing use of KIOSK ONLY for orders.
Staff was friendly, my earlier wait gave me the opportunity to refresh my menu choices, but only to find products unavailable for order on the kiosk.
The kiosk is confusing and not user friendly for first-time users, but should be ok for frequent orders.
Not directing people away from eating inside, or even away from Taco Bell, just know, the menu is close to unchanged, but the process is Obiden friendly for going digital with your money... NO CASH is...
Read moreI work in this shopping center and as a result I have eaten at this Taco Bell numerous times for breakfast and lunch. They have technical difficulties with their technology sometimes, but that should not reflect on the customer service and the quality of their food. Tracy in drive thru is one of the sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and she must practically live in this store, because no matter when I go she is always there. The food is always above average for Taco Bell. They don't skimp on the ingredients like some stores and everything tastes fresh and is well made. I have been to some stores where I have had to order more food to be sure I had enough, but if I do that here, I will not be able to finish it all. There's another young gentleman who works inside (I don't go in often so I can't recall his name), but on the days when I do go on, he is absolutely delightful. I genuinely believe that you will not find two friendlier employees at any other fast food establishment anywhere. I know I am not the only person who feels this way. If you come on a day when they are having tech issues, please be patient, because these people work hard every day going above and beyond and that is a rare thing in the fast food industry. Cut them some slack, they will take care of you. People as kind as these deserve to be rewarded with kindness from...
Read moreWow! 🤩 Tonight was the 2nd time I'd been to this Taco Bell, but the first time I've ordered online. When i got to the drive-thru, the line was really long, but moving pretty steady. The lady, Denise, who was taking orders, was not just upbeat but really enthusiastic, as well as genuinely apologetic to her customers for the wait. She really appeared as if she was enjoying her job. My order was good, and for the first time in quite a while, i can honestly say, it was affordable! I got a box meal with a Cheesy Gordita Crunch (normally $4.95 alone), a hard taco, a cup of potatoes (which wasn't all that great) and a strawberry lemonade, which was really good. The entire customizable box meal was FIVE BUCKS! Definitely can't beat that! AND... The first time i went there was late at night a few weeks ago. I ordered 2 cheesy gordita crunch's and they were the best I've ever had. Actually, they were so good, that i went back thru the drive thru and tipped the kid who was working. I wish i could remember his name, but going on my 2 experiences at this location, I'd have to say that this Taco Bell's manager must be doing something that the others should take a lesson from....
