Mattress To Go — Attraction in Leisure City

🚩DON'T GO THERE!!! I give half star because Naomi is very pleasant but overwhelmed. This has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I purchased furniture in the latter part of April, I was told it was not in stock but they will have it around May 12 or 14th,( I've already made a payment on May 5th they debited from my account) I called and called only got a full voicemail. I went into the store on May 18th and Naomi have me a long scripted speech about why my furniture hasn't arrived, but she assured me it would be delivered on the coming Wednesday, I left and waited Wednesday came and went, again I couldn't reach anyone by phone, on May 28th after not receiving any furniture or any calls about the furniture I contacted the finance company and requested my account be closed and my payments refunded. The finance company played me for about 2 weeks and finally after I became irate the finance company returned my funds. Never to hear anything from Mattress To Go. The End...I will NEVER go...

I thought i bought a mattress and what they sold me was a cheap sponge cushion but to be nice i left it as is... So about a year later i could afford a new mattress and found a small mattress shop across Southland mall i walked in told the girl about the bad mattress and how i needed a new one... She happens to be she is the daughter of the guy who sold me the first mattress!! So she says i should tell him what happened.. So i went and he seemed sympathetic and offered discount so i picked a "name brand" one when i went back to pay the down payment i was given one i didn't pick but ok.. I kept that one seeing it wasn't just a cushion.. Wrong again.. A couple months later a big dent on one side.. I looked up and found.. Mattresses sold with "name brand" from a shop like that usually have factory defects and that's why they are cheaper then what they would originally go for.. DONT BUY...

I went into the store about 4 months ago looking for bedroom furniture for my new house on a tight budget. I don't like buying furniture from places like this because of the quality of the furniture. Once in the store and speaking with the sales representative letting her know what I needed she made it happen for within budget. However after 4 months and 2 active boys later both beds broken in the same place. I called store notifying them of the situation and I was not treated the same way. I was told that your pictures of the furniture and information was sent to a specific person and that person would be the one contacting me. I was not given a number only a name and a maybe date that I should receive a call. A week later I heard nothing from anyone. Now I am hating myself for not doing what originally said which was not to get furniture from...
