EDIT 2: had to check in after about 3 weeks, but then got our piece back a month after they picked it up originally. still upset about the situation and not having our piece for a month, but it was handled well.

EDIT: roger has handled well so far, quickly identifying the beetle. they picked it up same day as we called for storage and treatment before delivering again, but we’ll have to wait two months for the inventory of items needing treatment to fill up before they treat, which is pretty long to go without our needed armoire! changed the rating to 3/5 from 2/5.

ORIGINAL: really like the shop, have come several times to browse and then finally purchased an armoire. really pleasant experience there.

It's hard going to Nadaeu and leave empty handed, but that is why I go. I have been shopping at Nadeau for years (since they were on Sunset Drive) and recently visited their store to furnish my new home. I was the first person in that day and was ignored from the moment I walked in. The two gentlemen that made up their staff that day were very rude and condescending- especially the older one.
