Patio Factory Supercenter- Port Charlotte — Attraction in Port Charlotte

While waiting to find out how long it would take to get the patio furniture I liked the sales lady asked me if I got the covid vaccine shot! First of all this is NONE of her business. Secondly it is very rude to ask someone about their medical background. Thirdly it is completely unprofessional! Fourth it breaks HIPPA law! Then to go on trying to pressure people into getting the vaccine is NOT ok. I did not come to this business to get information about my personal health and I am pretty sure this lady never went to medical school. So she has no right to solicit her opinion to me. I will not be buying my 3 sets of patio furniture that I need from this place. I also recommend that the owner do something about her. My husband and I were looking for patio furniture, and have purchased from your store (at another location) years ago. We visited the Port Charlotte store several times, and each time there, we were treated with interest and enthusiasm. Marc and Lynn were both very helpful in guiding us through making our decision. Shopping at the Patio Factory Supercenter in Port Charlotte was a very easy and comfortable experience. Lynn the sales person was helpful and personable with no pressure. We ordered a table and 4 chairs for our patio. We were so please with them we went back and ordered two more chairs, two small side tables and an ottoman to match. Delivery took a little longer than we had anticipated (due to COVID). Delivery person (Mike) was wonderful (he delivered both orders).
