staff was super nice and friendly and seemed knowledgeable on the products. the flower was pretty disappointing, found premature seeds in 3 out of 4 eighths purchased, and the effects on all 4 strains were almost nonexistent, even in the 28% batch. the eighths were visually pretty unappealing. Also not a fan of being unable to call the store to inquire about the possibility of a return, the phone number listed goes directly to the Las Vegas location and the only way to contact on the website seems to be to fill out a form and they will contact you.

I like the dispensary overall. The bud selection is always very limited. The THC and Terp levels are the lowest amounts out of all the dispensaries. With $8,$10 and $12 - 1/8’s it’s hard not to get some. However you get what you pay for. I just wish they would offer a higher end line of buds or bring in another brand to accommodate this lapse in variety.

The concentrates are very nice. Please don’t take this review as me complaining entirely. Customer service is great and the store is very modern and large.

Just for me, I prefer high quality buds over other MJ products. So again for ME, this is lacking with Planet 13. Everything else is on par. LETS GET SOME BETTER...

I couldn't be more happier with my experience. The store is very well maintained and the staff always goes above and beyond. They are just very warm and inviting people. I've probably dealt with everyone there an honestly, I give them all a 5/5 rating. Their cannabis is very very good for the price as well as their cannabis derived products (rso, concentrates, gummies, etc). I also love the conviene of the $5 prerolls.
